When I ban a mrdmer I do it, just replace the "Appeal @ Aethernetwork.gg" with the "Length" and replace ban with warn and you're good

When it comes to the Victus event, I'm pretty sure from my understanding/viewpoint that it was just you having a bad day, And everyone does I can side with that. Whoever when I have a bad day I stay clear of gmod its a very angering game. (For future refence)
