How will this improve the quality of Aether?: Me and many others I think have forgotten to put down the keypads to a base at least once. It will stop sits being called on people who forgot to place a keypad on a recently placed base. 

+1 Cigs machines do take to long to fill. Maybe add something like a big box of tobacco and big box of paper that fill it up 100% that cost more money.

True. Its just I used to play a game that had secret items that everyone would try to get and I thought it would be a cool add on to aether. maybe jouaram can say what crates have and don't have secret items if this ever gets added. Like !secret to see what crates have them. But it wont say what they are.

Describe your suggestion: Secret unlisted items in crates that have a low % drop rate that are really cool/rare.

How will this improve the quality of Aether?: It will make crates more exciting to get because maybe you'll be the person who gets the never before seen item out of the crate. 

+1 When I first became T-Mod I had no idea what I was doing and I was way to stressed out (This was the main reason I resigned the first time I was T-Mod. But now I regret that decision I made.) I think newly accepted T-Mods should definitely have some sort of training by their mentor or even a new role when they are first accepted. (Something I would recommend for new staff members is approaching someone who already has had experience on the staff team and asking if they could teach you the basics.)

HI! I never made a introduction on the forums so I thought today would be a good day to make one.

My name is FlameZ. I'm 16 and I play many different games, I got my PC in 2018. I'm IRL friends with some people on the server like Judgge, Novva, and Cuxbie. Novva was the one who got us all hooked on gmod and I've been addicted to aether ever since. Aether is the only server I've ever played on gmod and I have over 1k hours already 😆. I also play many other games like Rust, Hades, Rocket League, about every COD game and every Halo game. I hope to build many friendships with many people on this server because I aim to go far for it.

Well that's all I got to say for now. Hopefully I can meet all of you guys in game and we can be friends!

+1 I've seen Anthony a lot in game and he seems like he knows the rules. The one bad thing that I have to say is that you should try to talk more in game.

Maybe a daily casino crate that you can buy once every 24 hours that gives you a random amount of chips to gamble per day? for example purple rarity gives you 50000 and gold gives you 100000. (these are random numbers)
