    I originally +1 your last application, which got accepted and then you immediately resigned...
    I don't have a problem with you, but I'm fairly certain the real reason you resigned was because Novva didn't get accepted and you guys are always together, this is something the staff discussed with each other last time...
    I think you would make a good tmod, I just don't know if youre doing this to help the server or be "tmod buddies" with your friends
    Your resignation was very recent so I don't even see what could have even changed from then to now

    Again, I like having you on the server, youre very friendly and active a lot, I thought you would have made a great tmod the first time.  

    I can understand why you think this because Novva and I are friends. But truly I am new to G-mod and after having another week on the game I truly think I am ready this time.

    • How can you contribute to Aether?: I am active about all day and I've seen some people MRDM, or Prop Block while no staff are active. I've also had new players approach me and ask for help, and I always help them. During the hours I'm on I'll do my best to enforce rules properly and help as many people as possible. After having 463 hours on this server, I want to help out as much as I can and make this server more enjoyable for everyone. 
    • Have you read the rules fully, understand and feel comfortable enforcing them as correctly as possible? (Yes/No): Yes
    • Are you willing to listen to any Staff member guide you as a Staff, even if you feel you don't need to? (Yes/No):  Yes
    • Are you certain you will be able to staff for several hours a week? (Yes/No): Yes

    • DarkRP Rule Questions

    • Raids can last how long?: 10 minutes from start to end.
    • What initiates a raid?: Typing /advert raid in chat. If raiding pd it must be clear it is pd /advert pd raid
    • If the owner of the base is standing outside as you're about to raid, can you kill them?: Yes but only at a reasonable distance. You must say /advert raid before killing the player
    • List 3 default Laws of The Land:  Murder. Don't break into homes or steal. Printers/drugs are illegal.
    • How many bases can you own per party?:1
    • A player is refusing to co-operate with you in a staff sit, how do you handle the non-cooperative player?: If a player was refusing by (ex. Running away, mic spamming, or chat spamming.) I would freeze them and gag and/or mute them. Once frozen and/or gagged/muted I will tell them to stop mic spamming then ungag them and let them explain themselves for the reason they are in the sit.
    • You see another staff member abusing their power (Give an example of a staff abusing and how you would handle it/who you would contact): (ex. I saw a staff member threaten/bully someone) I would first see if they knew the person and see if it was a joke. If not i would immediately alert a higherup and tell the staff member to stop.
    • A player is excessively RDMing/RDAing and breaking NLR (What is RDM/RDA and NLR? How do you determine if a player is breaking any of these?):                      (RDM: Random Death Match.) RDM means killing a player for no reason. I would determine if a player is breaking this rule by asking the person they killed if there was any reason behind it. I would also check logs to make sure no one is lying. If not I would check the warnings the player who RDM'd, remind them of the rules behind RDMing has and punish them accordingly.                                                                                                                                                                                                                    (RDA: Random Arrest.) RDA means arresting a player for no reason. I would determine if a player was breaking this rule by asking them the reason they arrested the player. I would also check logs to make sure no one was lying. If the reason was not a rule/Law Of The Land I would remind them of the rules behind RDAing, check their warns and punish them accordingly.                                                                                                                                                                                                                          (NLR: New Life Rule.) NLR is after dying you must wait 3 minutes before returning to the area you died at. I would determine if a player was breaking this rule by asking the player why they went back there death location. I would remind them of the rules behind NLR, check their warns, and punish them accordingly.

    • Extra Comments: Current Warns: None. (The reason I resigned from Trial-Mod after I got accepted was because I just didn't feel ready enough because I was still fairly new to G-mod. After getting more hours on the game and getting tips from staff I truly feel that I am ready to be Trial-Mod)

    PD Keypad Door Limit

    +1000. There has been many amounts of times where the mayor has absurd laws that make no sense. During these times we cannot demote the mayor because staff are on. So the only other way we can stop the laws is by pd raid and the pd will have dozens of keypad doors making the mayor basically invincible.

    Increase Meth Head Limit

    Describe your suggestion: I think the limit for the number of meth heads should be increased.

    How will this improve the quality of Aether?: Recently I've noticed that at most times Meth Head is 8/8. I think upping the limit will not only allow more people to make more money, But also cause more bases to be made so there can be a increased amount of raids for people to do. With there being more people to raid this will cause people who use thief/police to also have more fun.

    • How can you contribute to Aether?: I am active during times staff sometimes is not. I feel like I am very approachable and easy to talk to. I will keep the server in order and make sure nothing goes on as much as possible during the hours I'm on.  And also I've had new players approach me and ask what or how to do something and I always help them out as much as I can. I've enjoyed this server very much and would like to become staff so I can stop people who break the rules and let others enjoy this server as much as I do.
