Both are trying to claim I'm wasting staff time and were going to warn me. Tried to punish me and dismiss situation and not direct me to forums to make report.

You can go ahead and stop the constant dismissal of any claims against you with "Sorry you feel this way," as you know what you're doing.

It should also be noted that this was involving Ballsack, who is claiming it's not against the rules and pulled me from PD so James could raid.

Reason For Complaint: Bro waited for ballsack to take me into a sit for something I reported 40 minutes before raid PD because I was the only one in PD. Tries to claim you can raid someone's base while they're in a sit. Also, he is consistently targeting me at any moment possible.

Your original application contained several errors and required you to revise it multiple times, despite this not being your first application. You're in good standing with players and you're a chill guy, that's why I'll stay neutral on this.

How will this improve the quality of Aether?: I think that it would allow members of the police and the mayor to be able to replenish their ammo without needing a player to go gun dealer for a short time. Depending on the latter leaves too much room for someone in PD to buy a crate from someone, for them to either DC or switch jobs. It would help keep the police members well-equipped to deal with things around the map without having to suicide to replenish their ammo for certain weapons that aren't normally able to be refilled via the F4 menu. The price to refill your ammo from this crate could be more expensive than a typical crate available from dealers.

I love the idea, though I think it needs some tweaks. As it stands the lawyer's job is rather pointless beyond undermining arrests by the PD. I've only really seen it used as such. Changes would give it a legitimate use.

People sit AFK on jobs and restrict players who want to take an active role in the job. Also I'm not a big fan of the large number of AFKs on the server at all times.

I think it wouldn't hurt to make it an additional rule so that it's in writing, despite players being encouraged to report staff members on the forums.


I'm going to be honest, I would have made several staff reports at this point if I didn't whole-heartedly believe that nepotism is too strong and that they won't actually go anywhere. I feel like they would only go somewhere if something blatantly obtuse was reported, and even then it's still questionable.

You shouldn't be able to withhold a job or sell the job that you know other players would have fun with and you're just holding to make money from someone. Just go a different job and let other players have it.

Too many avenues for minge, trolling, and overall toxicity. The idea itself isn't bad, it's just too easy for players to rack up time and such to meet the requirements to be able to do negative things. Especially with older GMod players in general, not necessarily this server. I do like the idea of rewarding established and good-standing players with opportunities to be able to make more elaborate builds though.

I think restricting the kidnap limit to one player is too restrictive. It gets rid of a lot of ideas that have been mentioned before.
Using the restraints on someone trying to defend their base during or right before a raid definitely shouldn't be allowed.

I think a cooldown would do well for it. Overall cooldown, as well as a cooldown per player like Mug SWEP. I have been repeatedly kidnapped by the same player like 6 times in a row, that's just the successful ones and not including the failed attempts. Gets mingey for sure.

I don't think it should be removed, I think it's a fun job that has a lot of RP potential. But it should definitely get some tweaks so it's less mingey. 
So in regards to the job being removed it would be a -1 from me

That would be cool, that way the player could place them in key areas, as well as sell the TVs to players that want them.
