-/+ Kind of leaning towards the negative, here's why; I notice that this was rushed and not a thorough application, you should try to take your time on this and actually go through and proof read your application before submitting so it looks adequate and not so vague. You are a nice person to get a long with in game I will give you that but like I stated before from reading this, this is a rushed application and you should take your time. idk, not enough writing ig right? 😁 +1, really funny and cool guy. I think he deserves staff and I believe he is fit for it. The app is also incredibly detailed and from my standpoint it seems like he would be a caring sym(pathetic) staff member

I spend my time helping those who are new to the server and even teaching them jobs, how to build bases, and how to follow the rules. I also show them the commands that are available and I even try to make sure they have fun by comforting them if they are being harrassed without reason or to make sure they are doing good and have no problems. A player is refusing to co-operate with you in a staff sit, how do you handle the non-cooperative player?: Gag if being loud unnecessarily, freeze if hitting players or running away, and also showing compassion. I would also just drag them back if they tried to run away and I would be calm and honest with them. I have read people the motd rules and shown them what not to do and what you can do after I witnessed them getting in trouble in a sit. Ive helped I think about 3 new players learn the rules and how to be around this server so far. Giving warns also if what I would do. You see another staff member abusing their power (Give an example of a staff abusing and how you would handle it/who you would contact): Prop blocking, rdm'ing, minging, breaking normal rules etc.. . I would contact a higher up in the staff to help me either stop his actions and clean them up or to have them help understand or solve the problem. I would use shadowplay and record it and review it with Jouaram. I would also screen shot logs of them being in the wrong to also give further evidence. A player is excessively RDMing/RDAing and breaking NLR (What is RDM/RDA and NLR? How do you determine if a player is breaking any of these?): RDM is Random Death Match. RDA is Random Arrest. NLR is New Life Rule. RDM is when someone kills another person without reason. A ticket is made and a sit commences. RDA is when cops arrest people without reasoning. NLR is when someone returns to an area of where they were just killed, example being a their base without waiting out the time limit to be able to come back. (3 min). NLR does not apply to those who have been RDM'd, and the person is also allowed to return to a raid if the 3 minute NLR timer has ran out.
