I myself would say that he is trying to make dues with his past and come from it. He has made an appeal, publicly apologized directly to potato, admitted his wrongdoings, and is trying to hear sides of constructive criticism. I don't condone what he did or may have done, but I disagree with everyone crucifying him for actions done in the heat of the moment. Some staff, coming anecdotally, take staffing incredibly serious to where there "must" be justice given on every minute detail of somebodies actions which wastes both parties time. Getting angry after having to go through an unnecessary sit isn't unnatural and I would argue that some staff are provocative when put in a position of power. I believe that he did his due part in trying to better the situation and his banned should be reduced to either a few days or 2 weeks

Reason For Complaint: Mass rdm'ing, KOS sign was on street, Kos sign included kos if going up on bridge. A reason for the rdm was crossing the line yet, you see multiple times that there 1. was no line. and 2. we never crossed any line. 

Edit: dont get them in trouble, we talked it out, were chill now. Not with baboon and exode atleast. nothing was resolved with them

I notice that this was rushed and not a thorough application, you should try to take your time on this and actually go through and proof read your application before submitting so it looks adequate and not so vague. 

You are a nice person to get a long with in game I will give you that but like I stated before from reading this, this is a rushed application and you should take your time.

+1, really funny and cool guy. I think he deserves staff and I believe he is fit for it. The app is also incredibly detailed and from my standpoint it seems like he would be a caring sym(pathetic) staff member

Melons. I do not get NLR applied to me, because I was RDM'd. NLR does not apply to you when you get RDM'd. I am allowed to return if I was RDM'd. He killed me without an RP reason, meaning, its RDM. NLR (new life rule) does not matter if you die without an RP reason. Therefor, I was allowed to return.

Yes, but its not considered NLR because you RDM'd. How you RDM'd is because 1. there was no KOS sign, 2. There was no warning (verbally and typing). There was also no sit held, If im correct, he just tp'd me to a rooftop and jailed me without any say and then jailed me. Same thing happened to Wait, the steam id is STEAM_0:0:121973306

Also the reason he didnt appeal is because he didnt know how to and he couldnt at the time. 

Also I know its not my account but you also falsley banned Wait on the server. It was his first time on (my friend) and he says he killed 2 ppl. He was level 0 with no warns or any sits and he got banned for MRDM. He said he was banned outof nowhere with no sit for 3 days. The server (If i remember) had not many players on due to the time being around maybe 9 PM PST? His ban is up, but we all still think his ban should be removed from his history. I also dont think he shouldve been banned on his very first warn when he first got on, for 3 days. I think that should also be appealed

Evidence: I was falsely given an NLR Warn. There was no KOS Sign anywhere, nor any 10 second warns given. He just rdms me for no reason. I did not advert a raid, nor threaten, + i was a dwarf. It clearly states in the MOTD rules. 

KOS signs cannot be placed on sidewalks. 

1. KOS signs must be clear, visible - no questions asked.
2. KOS reasons must be life/base threatening reasons such as 'Weapons OUT = KOS' or 'Raid Tools OUT = KOS' but things such as 'KOS if annoying' or 'KOS if speaking' are just used to bait free kills and are not allowed.
3. The KOS signs are not enforced until the player passes the sign. If you want to get rid of someone annoying you near your base, refer to the Warning section in Basic Rules.

Here is the part where it refers to basic rules...

Players bothering/following you can be warned to leave your area. 

• You must give a 10 second time frame warning which is visible by text in chat, this does not need to be an advert.

DarkRP Rule Questions

I would also just drag them back if they tried to run away and I would be calm and honest with them. I have read people the motd rules and shown them what not to do and what you can do after I witnessed them getting in trouble in a sit. Ive helped I think about 3 new players learn the rules and how to be around this server so far. Giving warns also if what I would do. 
• You see another staff member abusing their power (Give an example of a staff abusing and how you would handle it/who you would contact): Prop blocking, rdm'ing, minging, breaking normal rules etc.. . I would contact a higher up in the staff to help me either stop his actions and clean them up or to have them help understand or solve the problem. I would use shadowplay and record it and review it with Jouaram. I would also screen shot logs of them being in the wrong to also give further evidence.
• A player is excessively RDMing/RDAing and breaking NLR (What is RDM/RDA and NLR? How do you determine if a player is breaking any of these?):  RDM is Random Death Match. RDA is Random Arrest. NLR is New Life Rule. RDM is when someone kills another person without reason. A ticket is made and a sit commences. RDA is when cops arrest people without reasoning. NLR is when someone returns to an area of where they were just killed, example being a their base without waiting out the time limit to be able to come back. (3 min). NLR does not apply to those who have been RDM'd, and the person is also allowed to return to a raid if the 3 minute NLR timer has ran out. If a person RDA's, breaks NLR, and or RDM's then an admin has the right to handle the situation.

I would honestly have +1'd you, but it seems as if you have little to no care about being unbanned due to the fact of that you copied the exact word for word sentence you wrote on your last appeal. But yet again, you did take the time out of your day to make a second appeal which does show your caring to an extent.

Reason for why I +1 is because, yes while what he did was immature and for he copying what he said on his last appeal, he still did go out of his way, twice, to ask to get unbanned. Everyone deserves another chance.
