I explained it the first time you asked, but you weren't happy with explanation. I even re-explained the situation to you a second time to which you still refused to believe me and I told you to appeal on the forums if you are unhappy with it. Any time I wasn't answering you I was writing your warn or writing your jail out.

This is how much space there was left outside of Tim's build that you could have built a hobo shack in. Choosing to build directly inside of Tim's build is clearly just you being a minge and trying to mess with Tim after being told not to.

It's only supposed to happen when pressing e and when its equipped so I assume jouaram will fix

You have definitely stuck around the server and that shows dedication to wanting to staff, I'm glad your last apps denial didn't demotivate you.
This application is also absurdly well done and in depth. You only have 1 warn for RDM which isn't a big deal.

I see no reason why you shouldn't deserve a shot at staffing.

Instead of either or you would actually check the players previous warnings then base there next punishment on that.
the order is WW->5m jail -> 10m Jail - > up to a 1d ban

1 RP and 1 Non RP as part of the new rules

Summary: Overall you are a solid long time player with no issues or serious warns and are an active positive member of the community, your app could use a little work but nothing we couldn't work out over the tmod phase.
