However, I would say waiting on an illegal meth lab to produce more is definitely borderline failing to do your job/breaking your job rules. You should take/destroy what is available and make your leave as Police you shouldn't be waiting on illegal entities to produce more money. 

Unless there is something else you can add to this I believe your warn is valid.

 

I was not being told I was warned, it was simply a warn, and I was not the person who took the last meth, Their was many other people (as it was in public) taking it as I was. Even if this goes nowhere after I post this, I at least want some sort of future clarification on this, cause I feel like it may help many others like me. Well...  We'll See how this turns out in the morning.

Police Raid Bases To Get Rid Of Illegal Contraband, Meth Labs, a stunstickable item drop meth, a un-stunstickable item, most players will simply pick it up, as it can be scanned as contraband, regardless if i picked up as swat, I could have very easily switched jobs to sell it (which I did), invalidating the need for it to be illegal, Just because someone makes a sit saying "mad butthurt because he did a thing that is allowed with certain job switches" is not a valid reason to warn someone for the act of selling contraband as a contraband owning job. This would be a lot different if I was a citizen doing this. Also, if I pick up hobo loot, even though I am not a hobo, I still can pick it up as it is not illegal, if police are intended to do their job then I believe I would have the right to pick up the meth from the meth lab which was leftover when I went in. Their is also no benefited bonus for sticking filled meth labs. Meaning MOST people will NORMALLY take the meth as it makes it easier to make money as the certain jobs. I also, was jailed approx. the same time I placed my meth lab, someone stole that but did you do anything? I would take this as a stepping stone, to learn what you can do better, hell, it is what I did while I was moderator. I am no means mad at you, I'm mad on how it was handled, even if I was still warned I would have either appreciated A: A excerpt from the rules saying that this was not allowed. Or B: A Higher Up To Confirm this so I at least had a stronger backbone to go off of. 

Now since this is the third time I've done this, I'd appreciate you not having to make me go on longer tangents.

Ive been Told this is not allowed by pretty much all Higher ups, I dont understand what you want out of this?

I simply want the warn removed, and maybe a strike because I was trying to explain how I would be in the right in this scenario, but you shrugged me off and jailed me immediately. I would not have taken this to the level I am right now if I simply had a chance to explain, or if you knew how to keep rules up to date, meybe this would have been different. i am not responding to this anymore, because i think i have made it very clear.

Edit: I Have 2 Higher ups tell me that I would have been able to do what I had did. so without any other reason in particular, I SHOULD have been fine with what I did.

sadly, no i had tested it with doggo, it is impossible to do it.

Reason For Complaint: I was warned for  FailRP, I was raiding someone's base which they had meth literally on the street, I was collecting the meth as we used to do (yes, I was raiding), and suddenly I got dragged to a sit saying that I cant do that. meth produced from a meth lab IS considered illegal, and police can raid ILLEGAL ITEMS AND CONTRABAND. meaning that I would have the right to take the meth from the meth lab, as it is marked as a illegal. I was warned for failrp for taking the meth out of the meth labs, which by definition listed above would be allows as I am taking the illegals. Attached is a screenshot I took scanning a illegal in someone's base after i broke the labs.

I don't want amanita striked for this, I really just want the warn removed because I have been thinking about reapplying. In my opinion, when devi had said this, the warn wasn't in yet so I think there could have been a possibility of a removal, even IF it was submitted before he could've made a warn saying to ignore previous warn, or even ask a admin to get it removed. Yet again I don't want to have him warned I just want the warn removed from my account. Lastly, attached is a image of the chat when this went down.

"you require evidence to make a complaint", if he has none then oh well.

For the past couple of days I have been playing with doggo, i can confirm that this was crossfire, as we were dealing with people spamming camera flashes in the middle of fountain, also you shouldn't technically be supplying him with evidence if he has none, then its false. Also, I don't remember ANY photos being taken, (unless your meaning when you were spamming flash)
