How will this improve the quality of Aether?: Personally I think  having a Grim Reaper playermodel would be pretty cool, especially since theres multiple model options you could have a whole group of them.

Suggestion: Reduce the radius of the hit from the police "stun stick" (the stick that freezes you) and if you are damaged as a police officer there is a slight cooldown before you can use it again.

How will this improve the quality of Aether?: As it currently stands I believe we can all attest that the mayor makes some really outlandish and ridiculous laws. This typically causes the police to go out on an arrest spree. Sometimes this even catches you off guard if you haven't even been reading the laws as they're added. I am suggesting that we make it easier on ourselves and prevent the constant jailing by reducing the distance from which the stick can be used to hit us and making it so if the police just arrested one of your party members or you're in a combat situation with a cop and deal damage to them, there is a slight cooldown on the stun stick for a fair advantage. I truly believe the stun stick is overly powered as it currently stands and it makes the game a little less fun. I can recall 2 nights ago being arrested about 12 times for having anything out other than my fist or physgun before I finally decided to call it a night and get off.

Reason For Complaint: Michal, JohnPoopan, and one other Police Officer scanned my base and got a search warrant for the meth I was farming. When they raided me they came in and I killed all 3 of them. Not 1 minute later JohnPoopan prop-pushed Michal into my base, so I killed him. About 30 seconds later they came back when I was tabbed out and prop pushed themselves into the side of my base and killed me then proceeded to lock me out of my base by shutting the garage door (button is located on the inside, and its the only entrance into the base). Upon me arriving back at my base and discovering I was locked out, I decided, hey lets just wait because they're going to come out. So I went around the side they came in from via prop-pushing to see them prop pushing each other out and carrying all my meth with gravity guns. When I proceeded to say something to them Michal killed me. So I came back in a last ditch effort to get all the meth they took only to see them putting it in a building and locking it inside, so when I enter JohnPoopan instantly kills me before I can grab my meth. I lost quite a bit of money, this was about a 5 minute occurrence that took place...

I can say, so far I've done it 2 times, I will openly admit to that. Though the only way a person can prove themselves is by action, and I included that post script to own up to my past and show why it occurred. Only difference is now I'm doing my best to try and improve myself.

General Questions

• How can you contribute to Aether?: Lets start off with experience, as most people know I was staff on Retribution RP and even so on Aether Network. As of right now that experience carry's into my past of me owning 2 communities back in 2014 and 2017 running a First Responders Roleplay server and Military Roleplay server. In my past and current Garry's Mod playthrough's, I've racked over 5,800+ hours, many of which was staffing on MilitaryRP, CityRP, SantosRP, First Responders RP, Jail Break, and even DarkRP. My love for the servers Jouaram has created has and more than likely will never parish, meaning I am active. I also have very intuitive and extensive knowledge within server development for Garry's Mod. Now lets talk about my personality; I am extremely laid back and cool headed, I love to see both sides of everyone's situation to get a better understanding. I also love to leave people in a positive headspace with my interactions, I am selfless and find joy in making others happy. With that being said, my staffing abilities in the past have been very proficient and I feel I am extremely competent and fit to properly conduct my staffing on Aether.
• Have you read the rules fully, understand and feel comfortable enforcing them as correctly as possible?: Most definitely, as it stands I have and always had 0 warns whilst my duration at both Retribution and Aether.
• Are you willing to listen to any Staff member guide you as a Staff, even if you feel you don't need to?: Of course, criticism is key to being proficient.
• Are you certain you will be able to staff for several hours a week?: Of course!

DarkRP Rule Questions

• Raids can last how long?: From the initiation of a raid you have 10 minutes to complete it.
• If a player in your party dies mid-raid, how long do they have to wait to come back?: According to the current standing rules, you must abide by New Life Rule (NLR) which is 3 minutes. You must not return to your area, in this case your base, until the 3 minutes are up.
• What initiates a raid?: Any advert in chat that specifies what type of raid is being conducted is what initiates a raid (ex: "/advert raid" , "/advert PD raid" , or "/advert bank raid").
• If no raiding tool is being used can the player steal the item from a base without an advert?: If you can steal an entity or money without having to use any raid(ing) tools, you do not have to provide an advert.
• Give an example of a valid raid advert (type it as you'd type it in-game): "/advert raid", "/advert PD raid" , or "/advert bank raid"
• If the owner of the base is standing outside on their base entrances sidewalk as you're about to raid but haven't announced a raid yet, can you kill them?: An advert for a raid MUST be given prior to killing anyone in the proximity of the base otherwise it would be RDM. 
• If you get arrested mid-raid can you return after your arrest?: If you are arrested by the police during a raid, then technically speaking the raid is over, which means after your arrest duration is up, you may return to your base.
• If you get RDM'd are you allowed to kill the RDMer back without repercussions?: If you are RDM'd you may not kill the RDMer back, this is called revenge RDM, its not allowed, you should instead report the RDMer to staff and allow them to handle it.
• A player punches somebody unprovoked and runs away, the player who got punched calls a sit - what punishment would you give the instigator?: If a player punches somebody unprovoked or without a valid roleplay reason, I would consider this attempted RDM. Thus I would punish the instigator with attempted RDM.
• List all default Laws of The Land:
• Raiding is Illegal.
• Bitcoin Racks are Illegal (S2's are not).
• Life Threats are Illegal. Drugs, Money Printers, and Explosives are Illegal.
• Kidnapping, Theft, and Harming Other Players is Illegal.
• Harming Other Players is Illegal unless its in defense of your Base.
• Having a gun license makes all weapons on a person legal whilst they're holstered. 
• Using any dangerous weapons in public is Illegal.
• Laws must be enforced with AOS instead of KOS unless the officer's life is in danger or the player is wanted.
• Non-default laws must be things that players must go out of their way to do.
• Laws that are seen as baiting kills or arrests are not allowed.
• How many bases can you own per party?: Simply put, a singular party may only own 1 base.
• A player is refusing to co-operate with you in a staff sit, how do you handle the non-cooperative player?: I'd love to attempt de-escalation with the player by talking to them, though if a player truly is failing to cooperate in a sit, it depends what said person is doing that will dictate how I handle it. If the person is running away, moving around, or killing themselves, I'd simply freeze them. If the person is being loud, argumentative, interruptive, or excessively disrespectful, I would gag them. If they're spamming chat or being excessively disrespectful I would mute them.
• Can you punish a player for intentionally ruining others time, even if they say it's out of fun?: I like to make sure everyone is enjoying their time on the server and having fun. It isn't fair to have someone ruining your experience on the server. Besides, we use video games as an escape from the reality around us, so, I'd conduct a thorough investigation and get both sides of the story to see what's going on. If I found a player was truly ruining another players time on the server I would try to meet a peaceful resolution. If the instigator has previous warns that show they have a past of doing this or it continues, I would give them a player harassment warn/no intent to roleplay punishment.
• Give an example of a Staff abusing their powers and how you would handle it: If I were to find a staff member abusing their powers to otherwise benefit themselves or alter the gameplay within the server, I would try to grab a picture of logs and clip the incident. I'd also pull them to the side and address what it is they're doing and how they're in the wrong before reporting it to my higher up. A great example of an abuse situation would be utilizing god mode in a raid or no clipping around to get from place to place.
• A player is excessively RDMing, how would you intervene/stop them from continuing and what punishment would you give?: Excessive RDM is Mass RDM. If I were to find a player Mass RDMing, I would try to freeze them or immediately pull them to a sit before talking to them. I would also review their warns to see if they have a past history of such behavior, this would dictate my punishment whether its a Mass RDM ban or a Mass RDM and No Intent To Roleplay ban.
• A Mayor enabled a lockdown without reason and is refusing to turn it off, how do you resolve this?: A lockdown must have a roleplay reason behind it. If a mayor initiates a lockdown without a valid RP reason, it would be considered FailRP. I'd be sure to pull the Mayor into a sit and give them a warning to stop the lockdown. If for whatever reason they chose not to stop the lockdown or continued to initiate lockdowns it could result in me assigning a FailRP punishment and a possible demotion.

-1 You have been nothing but rude to the staff team for the past couple days. You came up to our tiny pawnshop and began asking why I was "mic spamming", I was simply sitting in the back playing music at a low volume for nexus as he ran his pawnshop. Id also like to point out you came over to the pawnshop, stood at its window, started telling us in chat and in voice that I'm mic spamming. Stood there for quite some time just complaining and complaining and pasting a rule. Mind you there were other players around, not one was complaining, they were trying to interact with the pawnshop. At first we were trying to have fun and make a fun experience for the few players that were on at the time, but you came over and groped. So, to satisfy you, we switched our jobs, I switched from citizen to DJ, then you started complaining about our base, where its located, what job nexus was, if we were in a party, etc. Which to me makes it seem like you're out to get us. After sometime of you and nexus going back and fourth you went AFK in front of our pawnshop, right in front of the window. We have a KOS sign, it gives us permission to kill anyone up against the window after an advert.

You came back at 2 minutes and 49 seconds after your death, I also have a recording, though it only clipped literally right after you die when I was changing a song and adjusting my volume.

Lie 1: "So I had gotten banned for Harrasing this person named a a r o n Apparently , Although I didn't know this but when I was behind his shop building a base a bunch of people started to come outside and yell at him which half of the server did I was building my base." No "aparently", you harrassed him for about an hour.

Lie 2: "As this was going on I did place a sign down IN front of his base but as soon as the admin asked me to delete it and leave him alone for the one thing I did. I stopped immediately and went back to my base which I kept building at..." It took 2 warnings on 2 occasions to get the textscreens to stop.

Lie 3: "...after Aaron mass rdmd ." It wasnt Mass RDM, it was a KOS sign that you violated.

Lie 4: "I showed the admin my base and he said since the door was Aarons I wasn't allowed to live there." I never said you couldn't live there. 

Lie 5: "Shortly after like 3 or so minutes I delete my base and me and Aaron are chilling inside of his base. You and a select group of people pasted 3D2D Textscreens on and in his gun store saying things like "This gun store sucks" or "Aaron is dumb" or "This gun store has covid". I then pulled Aaron aside and asked if he felt harrassed and bothered and he confirmed he did. So I came back to his gun store, and told everyone to stop with the text screens in and on his base or everyone was going to get a punishment and warning for player harassment and minging, I made sure they deleted them. Not a few minutes later, the same select group of people including yourself were continuing, so I came into the gun store, REMOVED the textscreens and discovered yours was bugged and made you delete it. Afterwards, I once again told y'all to stop with the textscreens and leave aaron alone. I pulled aaron to the side and I advised him to make a KOS sign , which he did, and I know for a fact you all read it to because everyone commented on it. At this point you and the same select group of people continuously entered his gun store (prompting him to kill you, which was the "Mass RDM"). Not but at max 2 minutes later, I stood outside the gun store only to hear yourself and a select group of people yelling at him "This is my base" "Get out" "This isn't your base", so I came and talked to you and the select group of people. You showed me a base, which I'm almost certain wasn't there prior, behind the backside of the gun store. I advised you arrons gun store isn't y'alls base, due to the fact Aaron owned all the doors. You then deleted the base. At this point I again pulled aaron to the side and advised him that everything was going to be handled for the constant harassment. During sometime between that the bank raid occurred, not quite sure what transpired as I wasn't specifically there though.

I put up with you, Slimey Head, Bananadude, and Lettuce Man for a whole hour harrassing that poor kid and being absolutely toxic and disrespectful to myself and other staff members. For that reason I'm putting a -1 and advocating for a longer ban.

AetherNetwork Suggestion

Suggestion: Retribution Roleplay (back when It existed) had a system for the premium members to select any player model off the Garry's Mod workshop so long as it was below a certain amount of megabytes by doing the command !wardrobe or selecting the wardrobe while holding "C".

How will this improve the quality of Aether?: I feel it would be a nostalgic and enable more roleplay on the server if re-instated. I also would like to add this would make people feel even more so inclined to pay for premium. Therefor, with that being said, I feel as if it would be beneficial both financially to support the server and in a immersive aspect of allowing players to create and form their own unique ways. One good example would be the time myself and several other players changed our character to the FBI and helped the police out, or the time I opened a club and players changed their models to these really awesome looking body guards and the dancers changed to this busty anime girls.

If the raid was over, and they didn't avert it, but were out of the base and not in sight. I feel as if it was unjust for on of them to come back inside (this means violating a KOS sign and re-raiding) and killing you. It seems as if Boxxx did it just do it and kill you, almost as if its out of spite. I just feel it wasn't warranted for Boxxx to do, nor was it warranted for you to be banned.

Not all sits are black and white and I believe that Joe should not have been punished for this, even if NLR was broken.

I second Joe's unban. I feel as if since the raid was in-fact over, and Joe returned only to have one of the raiders return and kill him, it is no where near his fault. I'd also like to add the fact Boxxx could technically get a punishment out of this for returning after the raid was over and killing Joe (if Joe didnt break NLR).

• How can you contribute to Aether?: As it already stands, I've got over 5,500+ hours on Garry's Mod. With that in mind, I've been in numerous communities and even owned 2 of my own for some time. This has granted me extensive knowledge on development and staffing as a whole. I worked my way through the ranks on numerous game modes including but not limited to: CityRP, First Responders RP, DarkRP, MilitaryRP, SantosRP, and Jailbreak. Overtime, Ive learned how to remain calm in hostile sits and resolve them to where all parties involved are satisfied. Furthermore, I am extremely laid back, have a passion for making people happy, and I do my job thoroughly. This means Ill do my best to resolve my sits proficiently making sure everyone gets the proper punishment (if needed), whilst maintaining a professional attitude with a calm approach to resolve any problem that may arise.

DarkRP Rule Questions

• Raids can last how long?: According to the current rules, raids can only last 10 minutes.
• What initiates a raid?: An advert listing what type of raid is commencing (ex. "/advert bank raid", "/advert PD raid", "/advert raid")
• If the owner of the base is standing outside on their base entrances sidewalk as you're about to raid, can you kill them?: I would say if the owner of the base is standing on the sidewalk or are within close proximity of the base. As long a proper advert is given initiating a raid prior, you may kill them.
• List all default Laws of The Land: Bitcoin Racks are illegal. Raiding is illegal. Harming other people (unless in a self defense situation) is illegal.  Drugs, Explosives, and Money Printers are illegal. Discharging your firearm in public is illegal. Kidnapping and any sort of theft is illegal. All laws must be AOS enforced instead of KOS unless the Officer's life is in danger. Any and all KOS/AOS laws must be enforced with a 10 second warning prior.
• How many bases can you own per party?: Each party is limited to one base.
• A player is refusing to co-operate with you in a staff sit, how do you handle the non-cooperative player?: There's multiple approaches I could take to a player not cooperating with me in sit. Though the first thing I would do is try to de-escalate the situation and talk with them . I'd do my best to assure them the sit will be handled so all person's involved are satisfied. If, for whatever reason the person is still refusing to cooperate, I'd be forced to use my staff privilege's to gain compliance with them.
• Can you punish a player for intentionally ruining others time, even if they say it's out of fun?: It depends on the situation. If a person reports another player a sit must be done as well as a investigation to make sure no rules were broken. If rules were found to be broken, you must address it accordingly. If a player is intentionally ruining another players time, it can be considered harassment if the other player reports it. With that in mind I'd take the reporting player and the player being reported to a sit and deal with it in accordance to the severity of the situation. Typically, if its their first offense or a low tier rule broken, Ill try to see if all parties in the sit can resolve it amongst themselves peacefully with my presence.
• Give an example of a Staff abusing their powers and how you would handle it: If I found a staff member abusing, for example, using god mode and no-clip during a raid. I'd approach the situation with a level head, I'd make sure said staff member was aware of the fact they used god mode and no-clip during a raid and inform them why they shouldn't have. I'd also take a screenshot of logs and/or clip the event if applicable and report it to my higher up following chain of command.
• A player is excessively RDMing, how would you intervene/stop them from continuing and what punishment would you give?: If a player is excessively RDMing its considered Mass RDM. The first step to intervening would be spectate or go to said player, if they have yet to stop mass RDMing I'd freeze the player. After gaining control of the situation I'd begin to initiate a sit, making sure to investigate thoroughly and pull any players who may have filed a report. If I determine it is in fact mass RDM id review the players previous warns before administering a punishment. Depending on their previous warns, it would dictate the severity of the the offenders punishment..

Whilst in the sit I'd also check the players warns to see if they may have done this before or have previous warnings. For this example lets say this player has no warns, I'd then give them a verbal warning after reiterating what it is they did and how its FailRP. If they continue to conduct lockdowns with no valid reason, Id pull them to a sit once again, explain what they've done wrong and how they're blatantly FailRPing, and then administer another warning with a job demotion.

Reason For Complaint: As the videos will show up until the last, I was minding my business whilst having 0 interaction with immortalgod. It first starts out with me walking back to my base because david killed me as a hit. Upon returning to my base, immortalgod stabs me and runs away then locks himself in a house (see video evidence). At that point I wasn't really bothered. Then about 1 minute later david comes back and myself, Descrai, and david start having a friendly conversation about how davids glave got through our walls. As we're having that conversation immortal comes over and guns me down (see video evidence). At this point I was a little annoyed but still didnt really care. About 1 minute later after he kills me for the first time, I return back to my base and begin to make an additional KOS sign. As I'm in the process of typing up the KOS sign into the 3D2D Textscreen tool, immortalgod once again comes up to me and guns me down (see video evidence). Now by this time I'm getting a little frustrated because its constant and back-to-back while Im minding my business. Although, I decided I would return back to my base and try talking to him as he was perched up on the roof adjacent to our base. As soon as I grapple up there, he once again kills me. By this time Im annoyed and frustrated because all I wanted to do was talk to him and figure out what the problem was. 

I will say this, I dont ever make reports, though when Im minding my own business and you RDM me non-stop whilst no staff are on, Im probably gonna say something. I lost a few low poly's, which were hard to get.
