One of my favorite answers to nit pick on, while This is correct there is some in between stuff missing. As always you want to be sure to explain the Rules and not just punish them and send them on there merry way. While we want every one to be fast and efficient with sits not giving the correct info just leads to more rules being broken so Its a balance. 

Conclusion

While I don't see any Glaring issues in the app it self it does seem rather Lack Luster (more elaborate answers help give us insight into You as a person/thought process/Skills and abilities). You also do have 1 Warn that is recent but Resolved in Sit, We don't Count those towards future punishment but in the case of a application It is worth Noting. As far as Any interactions I've had with your (Not that many) I haven't seen any issues that would concern me. But due to the state of your application and the Recent warn I can't quite fully Support You. For now I'm

There are a lot of technical details to be worked out with this. Like would the casino manager get a cut of the profits, making it like the banker's job? Would they have to risk their own money? There are lots of ways this could be added. I've detailed a lot of this in previous suggestions so I won't Go over them all again But I think it could be a very lucrative/wanted job if added with some tweaking.

You are right. I would be Incredibly Happy. 

However, Sadly Wire Mod is Very outdated and Bug Riddled with many exploits that could cause way more harm to the server than it would benefit it. I would give my left {SOMETHING} for this to happen, but The Cost far outweighs the benefits.

There are two ways I see this being viable (alongside disabling any part that could be exploited).

1. You had to Donate for premium First, then Have an additional Donation to acquire Wire Mod usage. It's not something that should be easily accessible. I would even go as far as not to allow anyone with recent warns to use it.  
2. You have 2 Weeks of Playtime on the server and have No warns (having two or more active warns would disable your access to Wire mod)

I should -1 this but I can't cus I love Wire Mod More than Gold

Edit: I forgot to mention the things I could make for events with Wire Mod <3

I'm perplexed. While there have been many Negatives and some positives pointed out by Various staff and players. The fact that Your app is a bit Rushed and Not fully filled out (Missing Link to your steam Profile, and Various other Errors in your app and Recent warns I cannot support You for a trial Position. Give it a couple of weeks and re-apply and avoid getting warned as well as Take more time on your app and you Might have a Chance. For Now

Other Then Items Created, it shouldn't impact the server (epically if you use existing props for new items. I don't know what crafting mod Jouaram is using, however, If its the one I've used before, everything I suggested is just a matter of adding new parts for crafting and Tweaking and adding a few new entities

Suggestion: Making Crafting a  connected 'End Goal' for other Jobs, For example,

Black Market Dealer:

Add Cheap Low-Grade(Probably things that would break like Lock Picks) that can Level up a new category) 

Once you reach the max level for this, e.g., Black Market Dealer Crafting, you can Craft a Part Something like Rocket Launcher Shell, and Then you buy a part from the F4 "TNT" and can go back to the crafting Bench to combine/craft the End Product.

How will this improve the quality of Aether?: This would give More items to craft and level Crafting and can be used for many jobs. Even though I gave an example of a Black Market Dealer, this could be used for Gun Dealers. Some other examples would be

• Bitcoin Miner (some item to make fuel last an hour), 
• City Worker (A temp upgrade to tools that can make repairs faster)
• Medic (Combined Healing Items with some sort of stimulant to provide faster and higher healing)
• Cigarette Smuggler (a giant Roll of Paper/More Tabaco Per Combined Item(S) )

Those are just a few examples after taking a quick look at the jobs list, but There could be many more Items created to enhance other jobs and make Crafting Mining/Copping wood worth a  lot more effort.

That's True. But that could be partly because of the Pain and Effort it takes to trade those materials. It's entirely possible a Market would cause trading to go up. I want to level up my Crafting/Weapon Smithing but am too lazy to grind wood/ores all the time, so it's a slow process I prob would end up wasting money Buying materials if it was possible.

I Told you to change your name. you kept asking questions on "how to spell {something}" and never complied. You were Telling people to call a Phone Number for free money, I got several tickets about it. I don't know if the number is Real or not but that's a pretty serious Offense Scamming in the game is one thing but If the number was real and you were getting Real information about other players Then that becomes an even more serious matter.
