Interesting interpolation of that question While you are Correct would be very weird to get arrested as the defender but Hey anything is possible. The question is if you are Raiding, That would preclude the Defender from the question.

Conclusion

I Think over all your app is well done and even though there where a few things I questioned Your over all Knowledge of the rules seems to be pretty Good. I think you could possibly do well as a staffer and would like to see you get a Trail Mod Spot to see what you got :)

Not to be out done by my self I went ahead and figured out how to make the same kind of shortcut on My Linux Mint OS

I think there are a lot of words that have negative meanings that can be used to hurt some one. The issue becomes where do you stop. Dumb, Stupid, Idiotic? they all have a simular meaning definition in the vernacular sense and the Literal definition. Saying 'That's Dumb' or 'I'm Dumb' is not the same as attacking some one with the R word that is question here. 

So yes I think there is a line to be drawn but some words should just not be censored because they may have been used to harm another Other wise we ill have little language left to speak and express our self's with. I'm fine with some one saying the word in a context where they are not Directly attacking some one with hit. 

Though You should have instead of making it a issue St oped using it and take it to forums for clarification.

Typically in a Sit if some one is not co-operating you would do what ever needs to be done to stop them from doing so i.e. Mute/Gag/Freeze. If they are doing things like using a racial or homophobic slur again mute/gag and then add that punishment at the end (continue the investigation) if what they did in the sit rises to the level of a ban then sure Add that up with the original punishment. 

TLDR we don't typical ban some one just for not co-operating.

I'm a tad bit confused by nature of this statement. If its there second offense of enabling a city wide lock down and they refuse to turn it off ban them? If so that is not quite how it would work. First offense would be a Verbal warning (logged in awarn) and you would demote them. If they have multiple warns for that same thing then maybe we would ban them.

Conclusion

While I think you might have the ability to do the job at the moment the knowledge is lacking so I cannot Support you for a trial run as staff

Agains. My point being is that I Suuuuuuck at PVP and the only advantage I can get is by building something that's some what complicated enough that gives me time Kill the raiding party. The more Simple and 'Straight Forward' A base is The the odds of me surviving decreases. Brains Over Brawn?

I get we don't want to have bases that are sooooo over complicated that No one can raid them that would defeat the the whole reason to raid. But having it Purly PVP skill based puts a lot of people at a disadvantage so I'm just saying we should try and find a happy Medium

Restricting Any type of base that req you to stop and think Just makes everything Run and gun and There is no fun in that not to mention that means it Increasingly makes it where you have to have better PVP skills then the person Raiding You in order to Defend. There is a wide spectrum of players who play DarkRP and this server is no acceptation. So IDK Keep dumbing down the basing Rules and any one who is not a skilled PVP player Will have little motivation to Base here.

Edit: I should mention I have Several other ideas of how to build a base that would slow down a intruder but most likely They would be seen as "Too Complex" even though they should be with in the rules. 

lots of things you can do with Steam Browser protocol. its also better to run it through Power Shell as it doesn't actually open a browser vs doing it in cmd or in a batch file you end up having to use a browser witch gets sloppy and complicated. 

but yea in this case running a power shell command in batch/cmd is easier then trying to make a .ps1 file as its more complicated to run a .ps1 file in windows

Not quite any 'Combat' regardless of Death occurring still falls under RDM, Warns for this would be from first to up to ban (vw, 5 min jail, 10m jail and so on)

While you didn't explicitly say it You would not typically warn for not cooperating Unless it rises to the level that you can't control it and it becomes very burdensome or they break a rule while in a sit (Slurs, RDM etc.) and you would tack that on to the Punishment for the original reason for the report.

If its the same person they keep on rdming over 10min I would also warn them for harassment.

First offense for MassRDm is a 3 day ban not a verbal warning.

All interactions should be logged in the awarn system (epically in regards to rule breaking) 

Conclusion

While I see a lot of positives in your app there are a few rules you need to brush up on. I also would have liked to see a wee bit more elaboration on some of the questions (Gives us more insight your thought process). But Over all I think You could be taught the bits and pieces that are missing. I think for right now i'm going to be natural. You can edit your app and detail it a bit more and fix the issues (read the Rules and the Staff Hand Book) I Might be more ablidged to change this to +1 sp for now...

One Quick Click of this Short Cut and It loads and Connect Gmod... Here's How

You can place these files where ever you want but all 3 should be in the same folder.

Step 1.

• Create a text file
• Name it AN.txt
• Open the text file and paste 

• Quote

  powershell -command "start steam://connect/216.126.207.2:29105"
  exit

   

• there should be two Lines in the text file (exit being on line 2)
• Rename the text file to AN.bat

Step 2

• Download The Icon (Right Click and Save As - Save as a .ico File if for some reason it tries to save as something else)
• Right and Click 'Create Short Cut' (Note in Windows 11 you may need to click 'More Options' to see the create shortcut option)
• Rename The Shortcut to what ever you wish it to be (There are No req you can name the shortcut how ever you like)

Step 3

• Right Click on the short cut and select properties
• A new window will pop up in that new window click shortcuts
• In that tab towards the bottom click Change Icon
• In the next window You will see a set of default windows Icons Click Browse and Navigate to where your save files are located
• Select Your Icon and click Open
• Press OK on the Change Icon window
• On The shortcut properties menu click Apply and then OK

• Right Click on your Finished Shortcut and Pin to Start Menu

I highly Doubt it was just a 'mild case' of trolling if you got banned off the discord. I'd need more context. I just can't believe it was for a slight bit of trolling.

Suggestion: Add Meta Data for "Shadow Remover" and "Precision > Disable Target Shadow"

How will this improve the quality of Aether?: It takes a lot of time to Disable these shadows on a big build would be nice if you could save the dupes and past them down with these Shadows already removed.

That and Frankly the prop limit is not likely to be changed as I've stated before Collisions of any thing in game causes massive CPU usage allowing 3 people to have a massive amount of props would only exacerbate this.  Its playing the odds of having a max player count vs how many players have jobs where they want/need to build a base

For examples the more players role play as cops the less likely it is they will build/have a base (except for 1 or 2 who build in PD for defense). Skewing that Number would only cause more issues in my Opinion. 

I have a few meth scripts from Gmod Store and Zero's meth Lab 2 is Way to complicated and would prob end up being like Cocaine (no one hardly ever does that job) his first version is pretty good (if I remember it right). Something like Rmeth would be a good improvement but not overly complicated But sadly the author disabled it. Maybe V1 of Zero's Meth Job would be ok?

+1 on improving the Job but not to make it Overly complicated. Lets face it The Most Used jobs are the one's that don't take 12 Steps (Pun Indented) to do.

Agreed its basically inf health and the fact that it eventually pops and gives you 150 Health (vs pressing E and getting 300) makes it easy to just spam when your in a tough spot. That puts the defending party in a very unfair spot.
