But all the locations where tree's are currently at the ground is not flat and Driving in those areas would be bad like I stated before Driving in Gmod is already horrible add a uneven surface and its going to get even worse. A lot of cars already go bat shit crazy just trying to go over a curb.

Jouaram could just make it only render if you're with in x feet of the 'grass' area but other issue with this is where would said Grass be place on the map? Driving in Gmod is janky as it is so I only see 1 good spot in subs that grass could be placed that would have no issues with surface (but the area is very small and includes by half walls).

Honestly it just Doesn't fit the map very well and would be a nightmare to find a good place.

Suggestion: Change Player Bail System (Lawyers & Cops)

Remove All Unarrest Sticks (Except for Police Chief) More on this Below

Change lawyer to a semi Sudo NPC  

- Lawyer does /setbail 100000 (Max 100k)

- Player can while next to the lawyer and Press E on his Player Model a Popup will come up stating how much bail is

- The Price the lawyer sets are Base Line and Divided by time remaining (i.e., if Max Jail time is 5 minutes 300 Seconds that's $333.33 a second so if the player only has 2 minutes remaining the bail would be $33999.6)

- Change the Rules so Only Lawyer can Build in the Jail area and MUST build in such a way that he/she can go up to the door and the player can Press E on the Lawyer to bring up the Lawyer bail Menu. (Stop the Jail Baiting Killings) Prisoners should remain in their Cells Unless Released & once they bail out with the Lawyer, they are automatically respawned. If a cop or lawyer allows a player out of there cell for RP purposes, then they should not be Killed

- On the Topic of Jail Baiting Kills Add a rule that states Jail Cells should remained Locked at all times unless a Lawyer has built a door for each cell. 

- Addition Option would Automatically give a % to the City Funds so the mayor can increase the cops Pay or give a % divided up between all Cops and or City Workers (i.e., Mayor)

How will this improve the quality of Aether?: Over all this will stabilize The Police department and cause less chaos. Having only one Police Job I.E. Police chief be able to unarrest will allow for cops to RP in prison but will cause less arrests for money and if any one still does that, they will more than likely get reported. For the Building part this Causes a lot of issues as any cop can build anywhere in the PD causing fights over who gets to set bail, this also should be fixed if these ideas are implemented.

The whole Jail system is kind of wonky as it is. There's no Standard for who can bail players out in the cells itself and people charge way too much, and it's not based on time remaining (unlike the bail NPC). Other things need to change before even starting to consider Longer Jail time.

I purposely left the amount Open Ended because While I had my ideas on what it should be I knew that there would be a lot of debate around it. I agree it should be more expensive than the original cost, but I think Tripple might be a bit high (depending on the entity)

Suggestion:

Change Raid Stick to instead of Competly Removing an entity It "Phases" the entity (Cannot Be accessed Such as to Collected From and the entity does not create anything) and the owner of said entity can go back Restore it for a Cost.

How will this improve the quality of Aether?: ? I think this would be good for a couple of reason.  The main reason is when someone gets raided There can be a huge lack of motivation to set up your operation again and You end up just leaving. Another reason is even those who don't mind setting up again often Won't depending on the job Like Bit Miners. Takes up a Lot of time to set up all the racks get all the servers in and upgrade them. This would help keep players active on the server.

only issue with that would take forever to sit there and read them on the law board but I mean if the Pane in the Top right corner that shows laws can handle it and not look wonky that would be good as yea people are lazy and don't bother to read.

So as long as it looks Good on the Screen Easy

I agree I think there should be at least a 1 to 2 second delay between press minimum, with server Lag sometimes and connection issues it can be quite easy to click the button more than once without realizing it.
