While i can understand being bothered by people is never fun and can become tedious to deal with, this was already your second chance my guy? i spoke to you previously about the same situation and even told you how to avoid the RDM and warned you for RDM | RIS (resolved in sit) because i get the whole mining thing with people mining the same ore that you are mining at that time, but you did it again afterwards and you upset another player in the process.



Sorry that it came out to punishment, i'd be ok with the ban being REDUCED at this point only due to the fact that it was one kill and not much damage was done but youd have to be on your best behavior afterwards, regardless of the outcome i hope to see you come back and enjoy the update. 😞

Why Should You Be Unbanned: Ok so basically I was being a bonehead and decided to just smoke somebody for stealing my rocks instead of warning them and going about things the right way, I know it was a bad decision but I was just getting a little annoyed and I won't do it again. (I haven't played in 3 weeks and I wanna play new update) (I was on the last part of the new limited quest please forgive a brother)

From the logs and story's both parties it was clear you did infact job abuse to try and stop the raid by changing to the SS
It is also clear that you killed well in a sit which could not have happened if your hand was "off the mouse"

It was not only job abuse to stop the raid but he walked in the pd as police and switched to thief in mayors office and came back as secret service

Why Should You Be Unbanned

Well First off how it all started was he was raiding the main mayor vault so i thought hey i should go raid the mini one since he had a huge gun well he never annouced a counter nor did i but he just randomly shot me after that i came back because i counted that as a rdm but i wasnt going to interact with him i was just going to go into a back room and resume what i was doing but he shoots me again no warning or counter i do not have a screenshot as this happened pretty late at night but im sure its in logs and i didnt think about it well i got pulled into a sit with him and i shot him once by accident and he instantly died well when he got back i asked why i was getting banned and he told me so i tried to defend my actions and he just called me toxic instead of actually listening also most likely in logs around 11:40pm 12:30pm est so as he was making up extra charges i tried to say that was not true and mid sentence he quickly banned me

I banned you because not only did you steal from the vault after switching from police to thief but you also did not advert, not to mention that when I killed you during my legitimate PD raid, you broke NLR and came back as Secret Service. After killing you for the second time, I ended the raid and brought you to admin land and began talking to you in voice chat when you shot me multiple times with a XM10 from full health until I was dead. I then explained why you were getting the warnings you were getting when you said something along the lines of "no i didn't retard" to which I then told you how I checked logs and confirmed it followed by you typing "x" in chat and saying nothing until you were banned. I also did not ban you prematurely and gave you every chance to explain yourself but every defense you had was just no I didn't or some type of insult.

At the end of the day I just don’t see how with me giving what I think is an easy to understand explanation, my connection logs not going against what I said, and the mistakes you admitted you made, how you have enough evidence to tell me what I was doing and why I left as well as warning me for it. Also, when I said half of what I said was being ignored, I guess that was correct considering every point and resolution I tried to make during the sit you didn’t see.

Yes I did I may not have worded it exactly like that but I definitely told you that I can show you the most recent time I can see in console/chat because I had just joined. I also would like to say if I was just leaving to avoid the raid and rejoin, it would not take me 10 minutes or even 5. I have all of the addons downloaded and it usually takes me less than 2 minutes. Also I just don’t understand how in a word against word argument you refuse to believe me with an explanation and the connections that far apart.

How are u going to tell me what I was doing when I left? and including how long it took me to load after it actually said I was connecting, it was about 15 minutes. I even offered to pay the guy which was ignored by both of you as well as offering to prove I didn't instantly rejoin which was also ignored. I don't know how from that long of a time u can gather that I only left because of the raid.

Why You Shouldn't Be Warned: I was AFK talking to my grandmother who said she needed me to turn off my computer and finish my school work so I was already going to quit anyway. I defended the raid and died but I'm not just gonna not turn it off because of something that happened in a game. So I finished my schoolwork and started loading back up around 15-20 minutes later to which when I came back and finished loading back in, I resumed as if nothing happened because it wasn't even on my mind. Upon being brought to the sit, I was told that I left and rejoined instantly followed by how I had a staff application which this wouldn't look good on, which was completely unrelated to the sit and something I'm not allowed to tell people about but I guess was deemed necessary to disclose during the sit. The part about me rejoining instantly just wasn't true and I even asked for the logs of when I reconnected, which was met with no response and can be verified in logs. I also explained I had proof that I didn't instantly rejoin, which was also ignored. There was also barely any talking between me and the staff member who very obviously ignored half of what I said and was definitely biased towards the other person involved in the sit.

I would MAYBE agree with what @Amanita Phalloides V2posted above with the CLEAN rp-models. But even then...

Just creates problems with Hitboxes. "Oh his playermodel is so small, skinny, etc" , while the guy with the Koolaid Man model is 3x as big. Even creating the same hitboxes for all models creates massive issues. 

Im not sure about you, but the last thing I want to see is 15 Anime Dolls raiding a base, or some other outlandish models that Im sure you guys would ask for. Its just going to completely ruin all forms of roleplay on the server , which we're already lacking in.

Bruh why don’t we just have new Playermodels for all jobs so that we know who’s who, don’t have a hitbox issue, and we all get to use new content. Only Playermodels I was referencing maybe paying for was like how custom classes on other servers have a base thief playermodel and then Playermodels to replace the base thief playermodel, not every job though because I understand why that would ruin RP

Disagree on the part about people raiding just to raid because as long as they are following the raiding rules and waiting their time before they raid again, I think they should be allowed to. But as far as the EMP Grenades and Blowtorches ruining bases and heavily increasing prop counts, I 100% agree it needs a nerf or to be removed entirely, as I’ve never been a fan of explosives on DarkRP servers in the first place and I couldn’t imagine trying to build a secure base as a new player with only 60 props as I’ve seen people blowtorch through 4-5 props to get into bases. But I also think in general basing rules should be adjusted to only allow shooting windows because the no collide aspect also attributes to bases being unraidable.
