The knife only shows on certain playermodels like the banker, citizen, assassin, dwarf but doesn't work with thief or other jobs.

I think you have a decent understanding of the rules, good play time, an overall good reputation on the server, and your aesthetic is so cool. That last part is really important to being staff, but honestly you’d be like the most dripped out member of the staff team.

• How can you contribute to Aether?: I’m extremely active and I try my best to get along with everybody and I do my best to help new players when I have the chance. I also have a lot of experience as DarkRP staff and have experience with the current log system.

DarkRP Rule Questions

• Raids can last how long?: 10 minutes
• What initiates a raid?: Your first attempt at lockpicking/keypad cracking/any type of breaching or adverting raid in chat is you initiating a raid. (You may steal entities that are accessible without breaching)
• If the owner of the base is standing outside on their base entrances sidewalk as you're about to raid, can you kill them?: Yes
• List all default Laws of The Land:
• 1. Raiding is illegal.
• 2. Drugs, money printers, and explosives are illegal.
• 3. Bitcoin Racks are illegal (small versions excluded)
• 4. Harming other citizens is illegal unless in self defense
• 5. Threats are illegal
• 6. Kidnapping, theft, and harming another player is illegal
• 7. Shooting in public is illegal
• 8. Laws must be enforced with AOS instead of KOS unless the police officer’s life is in danger.
• 9. AOS/KOS Laws must have a 10 second warning before enforcing them.
• How many bases can you own per party?: You can only own one base per party.
• A player is refusing to co-operate with you in a staff sit, how do you handle the non-cooperative player?:  To start, I would gag/mute them and give them a verbal warning to regain control of the sit and if the problem persisted and the player was still uncooperative, I would punish the player based on what they were accused of giving the story of the person accusing them and the logs check out. 
• Can you punish a player for intentionally ruining others time, even if they say it's out of fun?: Yes, minging and harassment are both punishable.
• Give an example of a Staff abusing their powers and how you would handle it:  A staff member uses noclip to fly into someone's base or godmode to raid someone without dying. I would try to contact a higher-up about the situation and make a report in Staff Reports on the forums.
• A player is excessively RDMing, how would you intervene/stop them from continuing and what punishment would you give?: If it was someone in the middle of mass rdming I would do my best to freeze them as soon as possible, then teleport them to me and find out what is going on. If it was mass rdm ai would probably ban them for 2 weeks or so.
• A Mayor enabled a lockdown without reason and is refusing to turn it off, how do you resolve this?:  Bring the mayor to a sit and explain to him why he needs to turn it off and how to do it in the case he may be new and if he refuses from then, I would demote him of kick him.

if I'm raiding someone walk outside and am on the sidewalk having not adverted over yet I would consider that an active raid. 

fact is he came back raid was not over, forced himself back into the RP situation and got a face-full of buckshot

But that's not what happened, they were fully out of the base and onto the street before I went in. Me saying something isn't putting myself back in the situation if it's over.

You came back when the raid was not over interacted with the players involved (re-involved yourself in the RP situation) and attempted to re-enter your base   

patience is a virtue you should have just waited on the sidelines for a few more moments and all of this could have been avoided

 

NLR is enforced at 3 minutes from your death. 

• You can return to the location (even mid raid) as long as your NLR time is up. 
• Upon being killed by another player the RP situation between you ends

They were done but they didn't advert over yet. That's basically what happened.

Why Should You Be Unbanned: I was raided By Boxxx and GeorgeTheCloutGod and after they killed me, I came back and was waiting outside in the street, after I saw they were finished and they left my base, I went back inside because there was nothing left to steal or destroy and they had left. Then, Boxxx came back inside and killed me and then George adverted over. George then called a sit and I was banned for 3 days for NLR x1 as my first warn in I don't even know how long.
