like I mentioned in your sit i was spectating you when it happened, as you can see neither of the two had shot at all. you killed them then ran off and adverted "self-defense"

You were already aware of warning players to back away as you had done it just a few minutes before this.

you can load up the map in single player to make PD and bank builds 😕  if what tango is saying is true and there was a cop online then i can see why it was removed without warning

Why I should be unbanned:

I want to appeal my 3 day ban i was given from Amanita Phalloides for "rdm x1" and "party abuse". I feel this is unfair i was unable to tell my side of the story before the admin banned me. as well as i did not rdm anyone nor did i partake in any of my knowledge "party abuse".

what had happened was, i was basing with about 4 or 5 people and i let this one individual in named pointerz because some of my friends knew him so i let him in, soon after i felt i didnt really like his presence in the base i just was getting annoyed by him and at one point he was damaging me with a melee weapon over and over doing damage to me so i said "stop", he continued after i said stop twice i said "if you keep hitting me im just gonna blow your printers up, really stop." then pointerz threatened to shoot at my bitcoin racks. after this i just said enough and kicked him out of the party as i said leave, he then pulled out a lightsaber of some kind and i shot him in my base (which does have a kos sign) and after so i blew his printers up because i didnt want them in my base. not much after i went to the washroom and came back to me in a sit i then asked what was going on the admin said nothing and here i am now a day after the ban.

 

When I brought you to the sit and asked you what happened you said you "don't like him" so you kicked him from the party killed him and blew up his printers, you were not afk from what I remember. and when you explained why you were getting the warn you didn't respond if my mic was not working (which it was because you responded to what I said) you should have mentioned so I could explain through text chat. if you had issues with him damaging you or your bitcoin miners you should have made a sit instead of taking it into your own hands.

1. Party members cannot raid/steal from other party members, there is a 15 minute cooldown before raiding a party you have left. 
   • Kicking a player from your party does not forfeit their raidables, you must offer the raidables to the player you're kicking.
   • Party members can defend their party members in every situation.

And maybe a timer at mug start 

Like you have to be near the player ypur a mugging for a few seconds to actually get the full amount

Sooner you leave less you get 🤔🤔🤔

Suggestion: Increase the amount of money taken from players when they are mugged, obviously this could be detrimental to new players who haven't had a chance build up some cash money so maybe have different tiers of mug based on the player being mugged bank account

Ea: less than 50k uses the current system with the amount gained from a mug increasing with the more money a player has capping out at like 50k taken in a mug

Mugging has needed a buff for a while and i think this could be a fair way to implement it

How will this improve the quality of Aether?: right now mugging is the worst pay to work ratio thing in the game

you mug someone for less than 2k most of the time and end up having to spend the next few minuets fighting for your life 

it could help encourage more people to try out raiding jobs instead of just making the great wall of china and grinding to make money 🙂

Yeah im not sure about it but wanted peoples eyes on it.

I would say yes BUT

people have spent/will spend money on crates and other in game items in the form of aether bucks

I dunno about other people but

I would instantly leave the server for good if anything i had spent real life money on got taken away because of something a small number of players wants

-1 maybe job specific (or only on civs as mentioned before) but everyone on different jobs with a bunch of random models would give the server a very cancerous vibe

Personally one of the main reasons i stayed on the server was the simple models

I despised (and still do) servers that have tens or even hundreds of models that are shared between jobs

It makes gameplay confusing and even harder for new players

(Ex: if a new player joined the server right now saw that the CP default model is a combine and then got arrested by Minecraft alex they're likely to be confused and frustrated, [of course rn its a temporary change for the halloween event but the point still stands] personally id like to keep things as they are with easy to read situations and simple models)

Although i am 100% up for variations of the base job models i still don't know how i feel about having them needing be purchased/shared between jobs
