The Bug You're Experiencing: Random Individuals are unable to be restrained as the high priest. With the Error "This player has been restrained too recently." Even if they have just joined the server and have no possible way of being restrained. @dr. snortthisperc did do a quick test with the "Kidnapper" Job and wasn't able to recreate but i can recreate pretty regularly with the "The High Priest" Job. Can you reproduce the bug, if so, how?: Its Random as far as i know. I've only been able to reproduce consistently once with Hamood. The entire duration that i was the High Priest i was unable to restrain anyone. Me swapping off the job and swapping back to the job was a temp fix until it started randomly happening again.
