Updated Various Rules: Raiding Rules Any toll-like builds whether it's from the Mayor, Casino Manager or any other job that is using a paid keypad to give access to an establishment/location can be lockpicked at any time & do not count as an actual raid.  Raidable Basing Rules If you are being raided you cannot rejoin to avoid the raid and must wait until it concludes. CHANGED TO  If you are being raided you cannot leave, build or destroy your entities until the raid has concluded.
