To add to this, in cases where staff are unavailable it's best to use the report section on the forums. I get that many players don't like to go through this process but it's the best way to ensure that if a rule was broken that a punishment is applied. This way it's been documented that this person has broken such and such rule and if they come back they will get an increased punishment next time.
