In-Game Name: Platinum Age: 23 Steam ID (Use steamid.io): STEAM_0:1:55287115 Discord Tag: armana Playtime (!time in-game): 2mo 2w 5d 10h Timezone: EST (Though Nocturnal) When do you usually play? (e.g. Weekdays 5–9PM): Normally late night into the early morning (Around 10PM EST-5AM EST) Though sometimes I'm on during the day. Steam Profile Link: https://steamcommunity.com/id/fpsnerdsb3/ Why do you want to be Staff?: I've been playing on Aether since it's inception, and even on RetributionRP where I was staff for a short time (Resigned due to IRL things) and I have been on consistently during late nights when no staff are active and sometimes the trademark minge joins. I want to be Aether's graveyard shift staff member because I feel like my previous experience as well as my consistency can help out the night time people. How do you believe you can make Aether's environment better?: I have been helping new players as they join, showing them how the !unbox system works, as well as how to do some grinds/jobs. I want to provide further support to the server by helping with moderation. I've been here forever, even though I took a massive break. I've been consistently playing for months now and I'm on nearly every day. I personally hate the times where there are no staff on and someone is just running around the server shooting everyone in sight, OOC'ing every slur in existence, and overall being bad for the server's environment. I think my past experience, as well as my community engagement, would be a good asset to the server's staff team. Have you read the rules fully, understand and feel comfortable enforcing them as correctly as possible?: Yes, several times over. Space for any extra comments you might have (feel free to speak your mind): So hear me out, Imma teach you all how to make a BANGER fry sauce. Y'all see my cooking sometimes so here's my recipe. You get 2 parts ketchup, 1 parts mayonnaise. You get a few drops of hot sauce, a very small dollop of sour cream, a tiny splash of half and half. Then for spices you want a pinch of salt, pinch of pepper, pinch of garlic powder, pinch of onion powder, and a pinch of parsley, mix it all up and throw it in the microwave for like 15 seconds, stir again and eat that with fries or even fried chicken. In all seriousness though, I love it here. Rule Questionnaire Give one example of RDM: I'm gonna give several. The classic example of RDM is some new guy buying one of Enzo's guns and going rambo on the entire server. Depending on the amount of people it affects it can go from a simple WW (Written Warning) to a 3 day ban for MRDM on first offense. You also have RDM cases such as friend defense when they aren't in a party together, most of the time that's a simple WW. There's also the case of shooting someone before they pass a KOS sign. Accidental RDM is a thing, but per the staff handbook, they should be "treated with leniency unless 100% it's accidental". Once again, a WW unless there's multiple offenses. 2nd offense is a 10m Dban (damage ban, where the player can not deal damage). 3rd is a 20m Dban, and 4th is a 15m jail and a 30m dban. Damaging intentionally without killing is still RDM. Give one example of NLR: Once again, I'm giving several examples. It's good to be thorough. "NLR" Stands for New Life Rule. NLR revolves around the fact that once you die, you start a "new life" with none of the memories of your past life in RP. The classic example of NLR is dying to a player then going back to kill them in your "new life." This is RDM and NLR. Another NLR case is going back to your base when you're getting raided before the raid timer is up or the raid ending. A raid can last up to 10 minutes after the raid advert, so if a player dies and returns before that's over, it's NLR, OR if the raid ends and the raider adverts "over", the player is cleared to return to their base, avoiding NLR. There's also the example of police apprehending criminals after getting killed by them. NLR on first offense is a WW, with corresponding offenses being 5 minutes, 10 minutes, and 15 minutes. What sign would a player place on their base to avoid being raided whilst having no raidables?: There are two signs that this applies to. The first is "RP Only" which means the base is intended for roleplay purposes only. This can include nightclubs, pizza shops, and scenic builds. There's also the "Building" sign which signals that you are still building your base and can not have raidables inside. These signs must be size 75 font and clearly visible. If the player still has these signs up with raidables inside, they would get an Illegal Basing warning. Starting at a WW with instructions on how to fix the issue. The second offense is a removal of raidables. Third offense is a 30 minute prop ban (inability to spawn props) and all raidables and props will be removed. If you get RDM'd are you allowed to kill the RDMer back?: Depends! If you die to the player that RDM'd you, then no, that would be NLR and RDM. However, if you do not die to the attacker, you can in fact "RDM back." Without punishment. Give an example of a Staff abusing their powers: I got a few examples. First one is the simple "hehe i grab this player and throw him around with physgun." There's also the example of incorrect punishments which has been an issue in the past with some staff members, specifically giving a player a 30m jail for RDM x1. There's using godmode/buddha to become immune to damage. Using !slap on players for no reason is another one. Okay, my fingers are tired. I hope you guys consider me for the staff team!

I was so excited to read what Bogos had to put for his staff application, seeing as he's a great man of many talents. I wont lie, you need to elaborate more on NLR, RDM, you forgot something on the sign part. It just doesn't seem like you're taking it seriously Love ya Bogos, but I'll have to give you a -1
