i would like to say i do fully understand if i dont get accepted but i would at least like a chance to prove that i can do my job and not get warned banned jailed etc for rule breaking

@Vetes touched up on a good bit of it.    The main thing I would like to add, is as Staff we are held to a higher standard than normal players and the standard only gets higher, the further up the staff positions you get. For just now coming back and already having a Warn is pretty concerning. I do remember having very few interactions with you in the past but dont remember exactly what type of player you were.   Please feel free to add other names that you went by, that will allow players to remember who you were more clearly.   I would recommend sticking around for a little bit and building a good reputation with some of the new players and rebuilding a reputation with some of the older players and then applying.  (and maybe less RDM. though you just got one warn from it by @Dovich Molotov @Vetes noted you have RDM'd him a few times as well.)   For now I am going to have to stick with a -1.   Wish you luck!

about that i know u i just have changed my name alot so i dont think u rmb me but i do fully understand but the rdm it wasnt really meant to happen and i was even gonna appeal it but i just feel like it was an honest mistake that could have been talked about and also about me not being here i have been doing other things and i think ive been on here and there  

Just a FYI, we're actually allowed to take our own sits, typically with more leniency. NLR applies to the people involved in your (valid) death, the place only matters if you die defending a base. More of a technicality but "Revenge RDM" isn't actually a rule on this server. It's just RDM, which on this server is any damage, not just killing. If you are damaged (not killed) by someone without a valid reason it is RDM on their part, but you are still allowed to report them AND kill them. If they end up killing you, you may no longer retaliate but you may still report them. Overall your answers are okay but they definitely could be expanded upon with some more specifics to show us your understanding of the rules go deeper than surface level. Also, your very first day coming back, the only day you've played so far in the last month? you got a RDM warning. I understand accidents can happen, and RDM is typically not that serious, but I think it's a very bad look being your only day played so far. You were also RDMing me a few times and, although I didn't warn you, I was very confused as I barely know who you are. At this time I'm going to have to say -1. Good luck!
