I completely understand where you're coming from. I want to sincerely apologize for anything I've said that came off as out of place. Basically what Vetes said so I won't go too much further in depth since that was my main issue with you. You are a nice guy and a genuine player, but some of the things you say should not be relegated to OOC. As a player that is one thing; as someone who wants to be staff? You would represent Aether if you took on the responsibility as staff. Gotta know, as Vetes said, time and place. I am +/-, willing to swap to a full +1 if you can mellow on on some of the odd things you say in chat while your application is up.

Solid application. I personally haven't really had any meaningful interactions with you but I've seen positive interactions between you and others and it seems like you get along with the community. It seems like you like to joke around, which is absolutely fine, but I hope you understand there's time and a place especially as a potential staff member. In those times lots of cheaters mrdmer's join the server and continuously ruin the experience for other new players. Which made me want to become a member of the staff team. Have you read the rules fully, understand and feel comfortable enforcing them as correctly as possible? I have read the rules very carefully and I feel comfortable enforcing them. Give one example of RDM: If player walks up to another player and kills them without any valid roleplay reason, such as being attacked first, having a hit on them as a hitman , or witnessing a crime as a police officer. That is considered RDM. Give one example of NLR: when killed by another player during a raid there is a rule called ( New Life Rule ) which the player is restricted from interacting with the player that killed him for 3 minutes since their death. What sign would a player place on their base to avoid being raided whilst having no raidables?: There are 2 signs that players aren't allowed to raid when placed, and they are "RP ONLY" or "BUILDING". If you get RDM'd are you allowed to kill the RDMer back?: No, the right approach is to contact a member of the staff team and inform him of the situation while providing a clip depending on the case. Give an example of a Staff abusing their powers: If a staff member uses his admin powers such as teleporting players or no clipping to other players bases or freezing players without vaild reasons that is considered as staff abuse

Vetes basically said what I wanted to say. Definitely touch up on your knowledge of the rules. I have interacted with you quite a lot and you are a very nice person. You do a lot of builds for the community as well so people have a base to start off with, or to use if they aren't feeling like making something themselves. I do think you'd do well as staff, but definitely brush up on the rules. +/-, leaning closer to +1

Honest opinion I think he can do it, hope one day I can be a team with this dude. I feel the same way he feels about the night time admin.. Sometimes it's hard to play and have a good time at night, can't forget about the night time players. I have some questions about the rules still that has to do with building etc so I'm kinda in the same boat with not being 100% on some of the more complex questions that might be thrown at me so I'm gonna have to say + on my end.

Neutral from me I see you on frequently, and I think it's really cool that you make+post bases for people to use. I do believe that you've improved your attitude and have had no issues lately with toxicity in OOC from what I've seen. However, you do have at least one somewhat recent warn, and as others mentioned, your rule knowledge could be touched up on. A solid understanding of the rules is necessary if you wish to enforce them. Nothing is really a glaring issue here, and I believe it all listed concerns can be worked on very easily. Good luck.

Your activity on Aether is great, I've seen you around quite often and it seems like people get along with you. It does however look like you should brush up on your rule knowledge as your answers are rather slim and your answer of NLR is incorrect. Not adverting raid is a fail raid, not an example of NLR. Overall my opinion is +/-. If you remain active and improve your rule answers I'll consider changing my opinion to +1 Good luck!
