If the player is wanted or raiding you can KOS them or arrest them.

Leaning towards +1 now after a respectful conversation and chat i feel more comfortable on if Novva becoming a staff again is a good idea or not

I'm kinda suspicious of you, and a bit concerned with your involvement benind the reason you were banned from the discord. Mainly only the victim and perhaps Jouaram could testify. You were unbanned so I want to trust you didn't have the ill intentions but i am still wary of you. May time change that may it not.

This is not a discussion post. However staff are meant to be able to accept criticism (regardless if it is constructive or not) from other staff, and players as a means of improvement and possible self reflection. This is pretty much what @Donnie stated above.

I -1 It because of their attitude towards another player applying for staff, with no real constructive criticism to give, not because it was my friend.

Zenie pointed out one small error in the application, James made a good point about your engagement with the community and your history. Your server activity looks good and frequent unsure if its afk time or not but regardless. I believe people can change so im gonna lean towards a +1

Application looks good, your server activity is good as long as you keep it generally where its at considering you're new, James covered the only issue I had but otherwise a +1 from me.

Currently on the wall of +/- currently just because i know you have previous staffing experience and based on your ability to staff from your past i can say +1 but i can’t say i’ve really seen you super engaged with the community other than a few older players that have also returned around the same time as you. I credit you trying to turn things around and moving forward with the past and getting unbanned from the discord that’s a pretty big step for anyone in my opinion but for now i remain, - Neutral -

Hello Yesman, we haven't met nor am I upkept with rules or the hand book any more but the answers to the general questions alone seems you'd be a perfect fit to the staff team, that you have really great intentions and regardless of my unkeptness of rules or the handbook, I and everyone agrees it's a good staff application with the only flaw pretty much only being the punishment time ( depending ) and reasoning for the MRDM'r . James response is really great and should be of great help, Just Monika and others have given more insight on you as a person and like I said you seem like a perfect fit for staff, good luck +1 Make sure to continue to have positive interaction with the community, stay out of trouble and keep your activity up Depending in the victims say giving an RIS warning otherwise the rdm should be punished accordingly ( staff handbook ) WW | 5m jail | 10m jail | 15m jail | 1d ban Even if you hadn't say, other servers this would probably fall under attempted rdm but as you surely already know Aether doesn't have ARDM so in this case any damage inflicted by another player with out RP justified reasoning would fall under rdm ( this one isn't wrong other then, on Aether Networks it's Written Warning, it had used to be Verbal Warning but it was changed over a year ago now but just felt adding some say to this answer )

Last time you were staff was Mar 2, 2022 at 5:33 PM according to the reason being you hadn't taken barely any tickets for 4 weeks according to trello, I don't know the reason behind so or if you had at least let Jouaram or higher up's know but that's not necessarily a reason to give a -1. It's more so how long it's been since you were staff Another thing is your low activity, and surely low communinity engagement, most people around when you last staffed have moved on at least from Aether Networks if not Garry's Mod let alone Dark RP I don't believe we've met, neither do I believe I've seen your previous capabilities at staffing, so I can't have any say for any of that either If you have good intentions, go for positive involvement and intraction, highten your activity, if needed to study staff handbook and rules more go for it, especially when making a new application as I believe you should restart as tmod also Edit: Removing "good luck" ( due to my suspension you're not fit for staff based on Jared's response and based on what i'd believe a negative interaction between him and how you may had handled it but not just that alone but also Luxery's response, quite odd for 2 people to have something against you being staff from a negative stand point and especially Jared's say but this is just an suspension.
