During the Sit Baked Did nothing to Fight his case And Admitted to pretty much everything brought against him. From what I understand the main Point that is being appealed is that Puppy Did dmg to baked first even though he Broke NLR And then Baked Killed him.
When Dming me baked first wanted puppy to be warned for killing him before Obviously as retaliation but Baked admitted before that they was having fun and also there a no logs of it so I refused. He then Said puppy was killing everyone in Bank when he was raiding so he thought it was a joke. I'm Not sure How that is a reason but I once again refused to do anything about that.
He then says I didn't say much in the Sit but I Didn't really have much to say when Baked pretty much admitted to everything and Knew he was going to get banned. then he tells me to go on to check if puppy was raiding longer than 10 minutes ( at this point Clutching at straws for any way out), and at the time of puppy calling a sit it was about 3 minutes into his raid timer. he then asks me to find any logs of puppy killing baked which all in logs show baked instigating it, I assume most kills are by uncanny catgun which doesn't show in logs.
hen after 40 minutes of talking he comes up with that Puppy Shot him first after he broke nlr and that him killing puppy was allowed because he didnt instigate it, To me This Just Seems 1. Like its Completely just a way to get out of a ban after trying multiple other things 2. Like they go hand in hand for this situation, Baked breaks nlr twice and comes back to get shot and then kills puppy for shooting him, I think it is a pretty poor excuse and Shouldnt be allowed to be done like that. 
I will also say that even though baked dosent want me to say That Throughout the entire thing baked Never Denied to me that he had Intent to RDM, One of his points was literally he was having fun... Also I Doubt anyone runs toto bank 3 times getting killed twice then kills the person raiding without intent to actually kill them.

I have seen you ingame in the mornings with me the last few days and you seem to be very reasonable ingame and dont cause any trouble even though you stick with people who kinda do. the Only downside I see is a few questions on this app which bakkula pointed out but a edit to what he has said and i personally dont have any issue with you becoming staff.

this wasn’t his first time trying to raid either, like grand said I adverted this little event around 12 different times because no one was able to raid it, i will say it was a mistake of Mine to reword it the way I did, separating “first person to raid me in the next 5 minutes” and “ and completes it” it just went over my head when re writing the advert.

I don't think it is a scam and I don't think your necessarily in the wrong I just think its down to if you think he done enough to get the reward and some will say he did and others will say he didn't ultimately its up to you and if you don't think he did then don't give it to him, I'm gunna edit my response because I think I +1 for the wrong reason.

I think the wording Helps @Arestios Case but still feels like a pretty shitty thing to do, I think since he killed every party member he essentially has won the raid, but the announcement is specific to win so idk But if it was me in that situation I would have 100% given him the reward as in my eyes he won the raid. I think the challenge was pretty impossible to complete anyway having to kill ,lockpick , raidstick, lockpick all in 5 minutes is hard which is why I think out of respect of him doing it all just barely after the time the reward should be given.

On another note I think you trying to clap back at him for something completely unrelated to what this post is about is a terrible look on yourself and shouldn't be done.

Overall I think the right and respectful thing to do is to give the reward since it was such fine margins and he essentially won but I think its up to @Arestiosif he thinks you did enough and obviously he dosent think so.
Im going to +1 becuase i think its the right thing to do but arestios has a very strong case with the advert wording and its essentially up to him.

I 100% dont think ari Scammed at all it is 100% up to him whether to give the reward or not, I dont think he has done anything wrong. 
I personally think the reward should be given but thats just opinion and isnt required in any possible way, -1 to the report As in no way do i think he scammed His advert was clear enough for most to understand what he meant.

I think You have good intentions @Arestios But I think you Have looked a bit deep into who this might offend And ended up Making the Whole situation worse. I think there should probably be something talked about to staff about what the boundaries of nsfw is as there is obviously a Communication breakdown here.

Due to the Evidence Being a bit unclear and We all hear something different I think it should be probably be accepted But The Previous warns are Not Looking good for your case and Make it More Believable that you did say it, When replaying the clip over and over I hear Both things at same points so I Cant be sure that you did or didnt.

Suggestion: A Way to Choose which item goes in which Slot.

How will this improve the quality of Aether?: With the Amount of Items That Are Already In Aether and Continue To Come out I Expect Everyone Has had a Moment Of Wishing they could choose the Slot for their Item, I think The Current System Of Items Just being put in a Random Slot Is a Bit annoying Especially If a new item I like is put in slot 1 I Would then Have to unequip Something Else so the List Can even Fit on My Screen, What I Suggest Should Happen Is Either a Way So we Can Choose the Slot for it to be put in or make Each Slot a Category So, Slot 1 Being Guns Slot 2 Being melee and So on. I Think a Neater Way of doing things Would Be a Nice Change and Would maybe Bring More Fun items Into use if they Can Be put into a Better Slot that isn't already Hogged : D
