Lawyer will get a tune-up in the future that makes their job easier and more functioning but removing it would be silly, Mayor's nowadays are making super strict laws to arrest as many people as possible and Lawyer's unarresting them for reasonable prices is not unfair it's balancing out with the crazy laws.

I will buff it a small bit whilst giving it a rare chance to get Ammo Crate only Ammo, however do consider that this item is meant to be vanity and not game-play affecting and by making this change it'll definitely have a bit more impact on game-play and possibly reduce the amount of people using Ammo Crates; it's not a big deal but worth thinking about.

I think Banker could use more things to make the job a bit more exciting but making it easier is not the way to go.

It would make the highest paying job have the only requirement of base defense with the rest of their time pretty much fully AFK, I feel like they need at least a couple responsibilities for the amount of money they now make. If you don't want to refill printers you can hire bank guards to do it instead or go halves with another Banker.

Originally I had brought you to set things straight and let you go with a warning however after you asking if you could say it but in a different way it made me feel like there was 0 remorse and 0 thought about not using the word but instead just planning on using it in loopholey/hidden ways, with this ban it should be obvious that the word and no other words that are used in a derogatory way have a place on Aether and will result in a ban. 

Please refrain from this type of behavior going forward, I do not have bad blood towards you and I'd rather not have you banned but I will if its necessary.

They don't and shouldn't need a reason, Mayor requires everyone on the server to vote including the cops so try to over-throw elections of Mayors you dislike. 

It has however been specified in the job description that they can fire any cop for any reason. 

I don't believe they R2AR but it is unfortunate, I have added $4,000,000 to your wallet as compensation.

So to start Pooshi is correct here and you can demote any cop you like as Mayor, you are correct it doesn't specify you CAN but considering the menu shows you a whole tab for firing police officers it'd be silly for it to be disallowed. To make it more clear for someone like you who is new I have specified in the job description of the Mayor that they can choose everyone's taxes and choose who stays as a police officer.

The Mayor demoting does not fall under this rule. This is not a rule to make you have 0 negative interactions in game-play but more so there to avoid players causing issues for other players outside of game-play. Pooshi isn't the one that made the system, he isn't the one that left out rules related to it for newer players like you. I don't know why you are putting this on him.

Since this system was added it's added a lot more persistent penalties for all cops and even future Mayors making it a lot harder for Mayors to get voted in if they've shown to be corrupt and cops getting demoted if they've shown to be corrupt/disliked/bad cops. I am not saying you are any of the three but it is like an artificial way of making all PD members behave/work on the same page for the same goal. Also majority of players already know this is how it works and cops are a relatively healthy job at peak times especially when a fun Mayor is on. 

Overall - this should have been written as a suggestion to specify somewhere letting Cops know they can be demoted at any point by the Mayor, I saw nothing wrong with how Pooshi handled the sit and everything he stated was correct, I am surprised at how patient he was with you. In future scenarios you shouldn't try and one up or act smarter than the Staff member when they're just trying to help you and answer your question.

I would generally be fine giving a player the benefit of the doubt for something that happened months ago, however based on your warns it appear you were a problematic player that had a dramatic exit. Over the span of 7 days you gained 8 warns/punishments with the final one being a DDoS threat. 

I do not feel comfortable unbanning you completely and without the proper precautions, I will be listing a warn on you that states 'Any Rule Breaking That Requires a Ban = Permanent ban with no appeal' which means you'll need to follow the rules very strictly. 

Your ban is lifted in 7 days from now, take that time to read through the rules.

There is no cooldown between different people only when hitting the same person. 

The issue in this clip is the shit hit reg when moving and using a nightstick, none of the hits registered but the ones that missed begin the 2.5 second timer between swings even when you can't see it swinging; I have lowered the time between swings from 2.5 seconds to 0.25 seconds to allow the nightstick to more consistently get hits.

You can do whatever you need to do to leave the base you just cannot be actively raiding/infiltrating/sitting around. 

The distance has been increased to compensate for the large bank vault. Thanks for the bug report.

This is related to the client side entity limit issue which results in a crash after some time of having it pop up. 

It sucks but it is something that affects most servers that use lots of different entities due to the way gmod cleans up client side models.

Crossfire is RDM, usually the punishment handed will be more lenient but it's still RDM. 

If you had a clip showing it was 100% accidental then the Staff should and can void the punishment.

The no-clipping was likely accidental however if it's true they were telling you that other players hate you and intentionally bothering/being toxic towards you that is not Staff behavior and will receive them a demotion if proof is shown.
