WHAT ABOUT ME?

He has nearly 3 days of playtime and, from what I can see, nothing fishy is going on. He has lower ping because he's closer to the server location than you. A strong connection to your internet is important as it will keep your ping consistent but distance is the determining factor in how low your ping can be.

Typically, if @Jouaram or I have a request that involves us, the non listed individual makes the decision to avoid bias. Therefore, I'll handle this one but if Jouaram believes a reduction in ban should occur, so be it.

This sums it up as to why you are being denied. You have nearly the most warns out of anyone on the server, call a sit over every little thing, and take no responsibility for your actions. All of this can easily be avoided IF you read the MOTD (which doesn't take 1-2 hours btw). The community and the staff do not support this request. Your reasoning is weak and makes absolutely no sense. 

@Night informed me that this was discussed between him and @Tech Tips and is handled. Tech Tips has been unbanned.

I'm going to be short here on purpose so people do not take what I say out of context. There is no place for any racism, slurs, etc. within this community and rules/guidelines will be updated to reflect that in a manner we see fit.

This is a RP only area and is indicated as such on the normal map. Given the map was changed for Christmas, all text screens indicating that were removed and not added back. The map changes back today so that should not be an issue going forward. 

@Beth was messaging me this morning on Discord about it and sent me a few screenshots that showed the base and raidables. Since this area is a RP only area but was missing the proper text screens, I provided him with direction on how to handle this situation that allowed you to relocate with minimal disruptions. This situation began at 5:30 AM and lasted nearly an hour so, as far as I'm aware, he did offer this to you but your group was uncooperative at which point Beth had to forcefully remove everything. 

This is a situation where if you worked with us, we would work with you. 

@Art Thou Please post proof.
