Since this was first posted Tapu has put in good hours and I’ve had very positive interactions with him. Tapu has shown a good level of maturity and care for the server, and I think will preform very well if given the opportunity at T-Mod. You may have jumped the gun a little bit with this application but I hope others will revisit this with a fresh take. 

I have had nothing but good interactions with Tapu and I agree with Thicc.

How will this improve the quality of Aether?: Too much anime. Need more playermodels that appeal to everyone.

At 4:16:42 you mugged Ballsack.

At 4:16:43 Ballsack killed you for mugging him.

At 4:16:54 after respawning you called him a monkey in chat

At 4:17:06 you ran up to Ballsack and stabbed him.

This is the exact same spot that you were killed in (NLR) 

and you were looking directly at him, it doesn't appear accidental, and there are no damage logs of you with Froggy so you definitely never stabbed her.

The fact that you returned to the exact location of your death and stabbed the exact person that killed you is way to suspicious for me to think it's accidental unless you have some sort of clip that can convince me otherwise.

 

FailRaidx2:

First you raided a player at 4:11:57 with no advert and were killed

Then you raided a base at 4:13:15 and were killed by Ballsack

Both of these are very clear failraids because of a lack of a raid advert, regardless of your "intentions". Especially raiding Ballsack without an advert after he reported you for RDM and NLR, he obviously wasn't just happy with you messing around and doing whatever mingey stuff you wanted.

 

So obviously -1

You admitted to your failraiding and the NLR and RDM looks super clear to me in logs. Wait out your ban, come back and try to be a normal player. You always "flex" when you get banned so it's pretty clear you are a minge with NITRP and I seriously doubt this situation is any different.

I informed you that this is not allowed. You then went back again and continued the same behavior, another sit was made in which tango also informed you to stop doing this. I saw you do it and was spectating you during each of these offense's which were done in less then 10 minutes. 

You admitted to fail raiding and the NLR in your own response post, both me and tango gave you the benefit of the doubt before these happened and told you to discontinue this behavior before it ends in a ban, you seem to continually repeat this behavior with this being your 15th Relevant RDM incident in the last 9 months I really hope to see it change and you become a positive member of this community.

Russian, I'm sorry but every time you get yourself banned I try my hardest to see your point of view but then you go and do it again. At this point, I think Revolt is right in saying you have no intention to roleplay and you are obviously just here to break the rules. I keep telling you to stop and play the game properly, but the moment you get unbanned, every time without fail, you get yourself banned again. You've been given so many warnings, so many second chances... I feel this ban is valid.

May sound a little dumb in theory but a lot of people hop onto cat's and birds and run around in the city. I don't see why you wouldn't have a horse with an actual rideable saddle to gallop players around

I’m not sure this report can amount to anything other than suggestion that me and Declan avoid interaction with each other.

From the clip shows, towards the end of the timer Carl starts moving. He starts looking around like he's trying to find who is talking. It's very clear that he was afk and tabbed back in.

Axo is his own person and makes his own decisions. He is completely at fault.

In that clip, Carl is literally just standing there and as you said, he is likely AFK. He hadn't even interacted with you yet and you did the warn. You start counting for him to leave and when he comes back you can see he is looking around trying to figure out what is going on. He genuinely appears confused. I don't believe he was being threatening at all. Unless there is more to the clip where you are interacting with him, adverting warn and killing him shouldn't have been the answer.

Why would you shoot into a room where there a multiple people gathered around? Especially with chaingun? You clearly sprayed the chaingun without thought as to who else was around. It would have been better to wait until the raid was over.

So I clearly told you that we were raiding and then you went around the side of the building and started spraying us down from there with a chain gun. In the sit you claimed that you were shooting at Chimp for a hit when you killed me, however Chimp was standing at the door to the side of the window that were standing at and I was across the room. I'm not sure how that is crossfire, as you would have had to turn and shoot directly at me. I also fail to understand why you would use a Chaingun for a hit.

However, you weren't warned for NLR or anything. You were only warned for the RDM. If you're trying to get that appealed, then no. I believe you intended to shoot me.
