what do you use to record? if it's medal make sure in the audio sources under Audio and Devices isn't set to auto but whatever you use to listen on gmod and include your mic, if it's nvida geforce now then make sure of the same thing. Other than that if its still occuring

Reason For Complaint: they have been harassing me for hours, slandering my clan, and following me and killing me. they mic spammed while i'm just minding my own business. anyways, ill let the media speak for itself. for the videos there is no audio but they are constantly being uneedingly rude, piggypanda can vouch that if you want to take him into account.

Originally you had warned them, but you didn't kill them after the 10s. Looking at the advert and the kill you had ~2 minute difference, which is way past 10s and kind of suspect in my opinion. You had also adverted the warn in an area different of where you shot him (PD).

I searched through your recordings on your harassment report but couldn't seem to find the clip due to dodgy recordings that had holes in-between.

As of the moment I can't give images due to deep storage not working but when I can get them I will write a new comment providing the images. 

If there is something you don't understand my discord DMs are open and I will respond to comments on this post.

holes could be due to the recording being too long or nothing worthwile inbetween but if there was clips of them harassing him then go off the clips but if the whole clip is needed then i think @Sad Axolotl..................................... wouldnt mind providing the clip, all in all I think its a possibility the ban should be appealed or all together lifted depending

+1 to this didnt read all too long but one thing I will say is if you warn someone to go away and then they come back is there a time limit to in which the person is allowed to kill them if they come back even after the warn in which to go away, if there is does it fall within two minutes and if they are in a public place like the pd area. And if they are allowed to then, in this scenario is there any proof that they came to you? All hypotheticals.

You even continued to lie about it when I asked if you got your XP from a glitch/exploit or even directly asked if you abused the ammo boxes to get it.

I thought of it as another xp method and didn't consider at as a glitch or exploit just as I considered the medical method an xp method at the time. Plus I based at the island base for months until recently and so I wasn't "hiding" and often had no props on the windows while farming and talked to people while doing so, and as for you asking me directly I don't remember but yeah probably would have lied as you are a random to me as I've never talked to you otherwise. The biggest parts I regret are not telling jman sooner which I tried making up for exposing about 10 glitches (some if in the wrong hands could crash the server) yesterday coming clean since his words touched my heart since usually I did tell him almost immediately about my xp methods and the prevelant glitches, and my customers who paid for it and couldn't use it feeling as though I've jipped them but I've helped most of them.

Td;lr : wasn't hiding, figured as another xp method, tried making it up to jman and customers. 

As for whomever feels as though I cheated the system or abused the server, looking as it is now. Yes I did, whether or not it offends everyone or a little bit doesn't matter as it still hurt some of the community but ill try to expunge it with the way I try to make rping fun or interacting in good ways with people.

I was going to add positive feedback to this re-rank application because I do genuinely think you are a great guy ozy but this is such a good point of interest that really makes me curious on how things would be different now. For that reason I’m going to oblidge to comment on the status of how i feel about the application

If anything I sold it and then jman found out from someone speaking about it infront of him which had nothing to do with me and so I didn't have ill intentions when it came to my customers at that time

Fair enough I was blinded by greed when it came to the method since it was definitely overpowered in how much xp it gave and selling off the information for items instead of reporting it to you. I didn't think much of it and I apologize for it as  much as I can

if you read jouaram's slides one of them according to the medic xp farm at the time was that players will find a way to farm xp and that as long as not afk is ok. Sorry if that somehow gets to you

as for the mingey or toxic I usually am talking to friends who can take it and dish it back but have never had an issue brought to me for being toxic!

agree with both of these 

-1 you'd also have to so it for neon blade, tarnished cleaver, claws, every saber, and even then people just use tzar or cocaine overall I still think the grapple change was useless other than a minor inconvenience to new player who can't afford better
