i gave the RIS warning because myself jerry and perc were confused on if the PD window rule was a thing as i was looking at the clip i was also looking for the PD window rule to see if it was true, i did not hear anything they said when i was tabbed out i should have asked them to repeat what they said i was tied up in the clip and trying to find this rule that was mistaken and in the clip to my judgment it looked like shooting in public and he shot close to the player that ran by not to mention the 3 other players near when i was looking at the clip like i said i was tabbed out so any info from garrys mod i missed and went based off the clip to my best judgment

 we have to log everything that happens with a player even if both players agree to not have any warns to be placed, I still have to log it no matter what

By us staff doing RIS ( Resolved in sit ) its telling the next staff member if they should count that towards other warns in the future me putting RIS lets the next staff member know not count that into there next punishment ( Depending on there warn)

ok first off I'm not biased towards anyone, I know him from the community its my discretion at the end of the day I can chose weather or not to have a player warned, banned, ext, yes i did give him a RIS because I was getting many different sides of the rules on my part that hole time i was talking to perc and looking for the PD window rule, there is no rule about them NOT being able to shoot out the window, they do have to have a valid reason to KOS

 you can see here what looks like jerry in the window after you shot in the windows in the building in front of PD, at 17 seconds in the clip of you dying, you can see someone run in front of your bullets and barley missing him that could seem like a life is endangered to his prospective.

you can clearly see the round falling out of the gun almost hitting him

I definitely think it would be worth a shot giving you trial mod, you absolutely have the potential, but my main concern is wether or not you have a mic/are willing to use it. Staffing while using only text is incredibly hard and slows down the speed/fluidity of sits, as well as making training/reviews incredibly difficult to complete. If you can commit to using a mic, and show that in game, I could easily give your app a +1. I would also like to see some more activity across forums and discord as well.

i do think they could use a little bit of a buff maybe add a booster add on for the printer that give x2 the regular amount or just boost the speed of the printer so you get money faster

There are two ways I see this being viable (alongside disabling any part that could be exploited).

1. You had to Donate for premium First, then Have an additional Donation to acquire Wire Mod usage. It's not something that should be easily accessible. I would even go as far as not to allow anyone with recent warns to use it.  
2. You have 2 Weeks of Playtime on the server and have No warns (having two or more active warns would disable your access to Wire mod)

 

I should -1 this but I can't cus I love Wire Mod More than Gold

 

Edit: I forgot to mention the things I could make for events with Wire Mod ❤️

 Tango pointed out some good ideas I do believe it would cause some issues with performance though, this would make for some really AWESOME builds and make them more in depth but I think the bad weights out the good if we can find a work around, great maybe we do some testing disable parts that can cause performance and glitch related issues I also agree with premium+ and warns, time ect

so with NLR and RDM NLR does NOT apply if it was blatant RDM just putting that out there for future reference

sometimes staff aren't on correct but that don't mean you also break the rules if you have the chance to just AVOID it then that would be better, even saying something in the general chat on our discord could help someone could be active just AFK if you get caught also RDM'ing you can also be punished

just  cause they are NOT cooperating does not mean they are guilty, I would review the situation and go off the logs sometimes new players make sits and say it was RDM because they didn't see an advert or know the rules for the server.

you seem to have a good general knowledge of the server rules and they start to click more once you start to enforce said rules I've seen you around I've had no negative interactions with you not 1 time the way you would handle sits is a little iffy but that comes with time and knowledge of being a staff member your hours look good love to see it! i haven't check your warns at all so that'll need to be checked but other then that it looks good! ima go +1 for this one hope to see you around!! This is actually not a valid raid advert. Only valid raid adverts are /Raid - /PD Raid - /Bank Raid. No raid advert should have any extra text other than what they are specifically raiding. Any counter raids or group raids all have to have a default raid advert.

This question is more in reference to if you're able to come back and kill the person that last killed you. While your info is correct, it isn't exactly relevant to the question.

Overall not a bad application. While you may be lacking some knowledge on the rules/guidelines, you have a solid grasp of it all, and I see potential in your capabilities.

I've seen you in game a ton recently and only had good interactions with you, although I haven't checked you warns.

I think it would be worth a shot letting you go through the tmod phase
