Why Should You Be Unbanned: I want to come back as i have changed my ways and have become a different person then what i was 1 year ago i truly enjoyed the server and was in a dark place a year ago i was addicted to hard psychoactive drugs and entered rehab and im now 8 months sober i really want an opportunity to come back to the server and enjoy playing with people. i understand if this is denied and i am truly sorry to all staff members that had to deal with me during bad times. i enjoyed talking with people of this community and if i do become unbanned i look forward to showing the changes ive made to myself and my image. as i look back on it now im forever grateful i was banned at the time for doing things that were not ok. but now that time has passed i want to become part of this amazing server and be a better player, friend and teammate.

I have seen you around quite a bit and while i haven't had that many interactions with you yet, none of them have been negative and you seem to know your way around the rules. Would be cool to see what you can do as staff but would also like to see some more interaction with you as a player. .3.

No, I'm suggest that there's a way for rp builders to make bigger better and higher detail builds. In no way have I made it clear that they would be anything but rp builds

Welp hey I thought it was a novel idea to maybe get some great builds out there but if there's that many problems with it then nvm. I figured raising / removing the limit would be an issue but maybe like a command to toggle it where you can have a higher prop limit but no raidables? 🤷‍♂️ Like /rpmode or something

My point here was to make builder feel different from premium and the price hike is to keep it away from people who just want to minge as they most likely are not gonna spend $20 - $25 for something with a higher prop limit. $3 is easy for them to grab for 40 extra props.

How will this improve the quality of Aether?: This post is an improvement on builder in favor of rp bases like the tea house we have seen pop up recently. I think more bases like this will really improve the interactions on aether and could tone down the raid/killing back and forth we have going on today. So this is how I suggest we get there, I really would love to see more creative builds than just fence walls and fading doors.

Reason For Complaint: [So I was walking around when I saw a group of people in front of pd. They were surrounding someone who was frozen by littlemister18. They were all talking about how it was a big missclick and he was innocent. The someone in chat said explode me right now and someone started to drop rpgs. I picked an rpg up and started walking towards goku who was running. He ran into a building that has the secret wooden door with one way windows. I followed him shooting rpgs but I think he was unaware. When he entered a room of that building I peeked in and shot him point blank with an rpg. I didnt think much of it as I thought he and I rdm each other occasionally. This time I think he took it serious because right after I killed him he tpd to me and froze me in front of the building. I was confused because it wasnt that serious of an issue but when he tpd to me he said "wth man". then proceeded to warn me, then ban me for 8 hours. I think the ban was unfair because he didnt say anything. He simply teleported back to me froze me then banned me without an explanation, didnt tell me about my previous warns or asked me why I did it. I would have at least liked to talk about it with him but I had no chance as I got an instant ban with no explanation. I get that if I just straight rdmed him then he would talk about the ban or my warns then proceeded from there. But if he rdms and I shrug it off, when I kill him back its kinda unfair to just ban me with no explanation. I have no clip of the ban or the situation but there were some witnesses around who saw me frozen with goku.]

I have no memory of us RDMing for fun so sorry if we did it before and I just dont remember. I was honestly just chilling when it happened but during peak times with that many people on you have to understand it may not be a good idea to be rdming in front of that many people who are already primed to do it too. If they see it and think its ok it can backfire and cause everybody to start doing it, plus there was a review going on at the time which would've meant that littlemr would have way more sits than he could handle if it did backfire. I'm sorry for not talking to you first about it I probably should have and  thats my fault, idk why I didn't. In this case since you didn't have a chance to defend yourself I seek your forgiveness.

The head kick in thing was obviously sarcasm so please take it that way. A week is not justifiable for what I did. I still think the punishment is unfair and I was never intentionally trying to ruin anyones fun so please don’t put assumptions on my actions. The people I killed I thought I was cool with because I have been cool with them in the past. 

What you said at the end does not make you leaving look good in any sense and even makes it worse talking to someone like that over a video game even if it was "sarcasm" which through text is easy to miss. Honestly tim, do better. You could've at least waited for the ban to come through before shutting off your pc since you knew it was coming. Also why does your pc suddenly want to explode the moment you're getting banned? Seems too convenient to me

Totally agree im not even in it for the levels right now im just going for the prestige boosts, would be okay with a levels rework but I also think it may anger a bunch of people that farmed for so long if it wipes their hard earned levels... Something to think about

I think the getting out of jail thing would be tough especially bc they are only in jail for 200 seconds which is not even 5 minutes. It's a spectacular idea but should be something strictly for stuff that happens outside of the pd.
