so It was brought to my attention by Big Monkey that this player killed him and continued to kill others. When I brought, his name at the time was  "I HAVE AIDS 2 and LADMINS" he told me "WE WERE PLAYING I THOUGHT HE WAS PLAYING ALONG" which in fact the player stated he told him to stop multiple times. he then proceeds to tell me "dont perma me pls". I check his warn and notice a warn Tremor put in a few months ago which stated "Lengthy Malicious warn history | Continued extreme toxicity | next NITRP or malicious warning req to perm" due to the date the warn was put in I verified with ThiccYe if the warn was still in effect which ThiccYe confirmed it was still in effect.

Once the player was removed. I seen a DM from Slippery G00ch who sent me a clip of "76561199109697336" (I HAVE AIDS 2 and LADMINS) using the R Slur.

Logs Showed

He joined the server at 7:19:37PM Cst and started killing at 7:37:37PM Cst and was removed at 8:12:45pm meaning he caused chaos for the same players over and over

Im quite disappointed to hear this. As Pecker mentioned this should've been dealt with professionally via a sit. Breaking the rules, to stop a rule breaker is still against the rules. Especially since you are equipped with permissions to stop the player(s) from conducting a "fail raid".

I am siding with Chimp on this one. Learn from this mistake, we all make them.

I've had quite a few sits with players that job switch to rob the bank... for the most part the bankers eliminate them before they are successful however sometimes they raid stick printers which makes it inconvenient for other players.

I haven't had any bad interactions with you. Your application is perfect. You do have a few RDM Warns Active but other than that.

My side of the story: BeesCantFly Made a sit stating "Help Me" I went to him and he stated that this guy F4A was hitting him in his RP only base. I flew out to check if there was a sign which there was not, as I went to tell BeesCantFly to ensure he gets a RP only Sign placed, and to ask F4A why he Damaged BeesCantFly he began stun-sticking him When I asked him why he was doing it he ran. As soon as I started typing "!bring f4a" he starts yelling Admin Abuse, I tell him I'm sorry he feels that way and to take it to the forums. He began stating "Don't Ban Me". I pull his PW's and see he was banned previously for Toxicity as his third offense. I was going to let it go with another 1 week ban and then he made a pedophilia comment (SS above of Logs). When he said that I Gag'd him. And completely forgot to mute him. Overall looking at his warns I don't believe he has learned from it, especially with the additional comment made.

Original Ban Date: 09/12/2023 

You currently have 13 active warnings. (9 RDM's, 1 Hatespeech, 1 LEH, 1 Prop Minge, and 1 Job Abuse)   With the most recent one being 7 Days ago I think that's a bit excessive when applying for staff. Your application is great, and I know you have great knowledge of the rules. But you have too many active warnings for my endorsement.

Looks like after your previous death, Pecker was the only combat, which shows Victim "V" took 10 damage from weapon_slapstick. The other 70 damage may have been from miscellaneous damages (fall damage, and or other perms that don't show in logs)

I believe this is in reference to when I brought you, and you were running, so since you were in running motion your character ran off the platform in Admin Land you took Fall Damage. Apologizes for not applying a health compensation.

FOLLOW THE TEMPLATE TO GET THE BUG RESOLVED AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE

The Bug You're Experiencing: When you are a hitman job using the disguise SWEP, you are unable to use !hits until you are undisguised. I believe this is a bug since we were allowed to do it with the old Hit system however not to sure.

Can you reproduce the bug, if so, how?: Yes, become an Undercover Hitman and use the disguise SWEP and attempt !hits.

This Player was warned after the incident occurred.

After reviewing logs, 

I found that MrBeanz was at fault and disregarded the RP only sign, Lockpicked the door and killed @TheGCrew2

I have warned MrBeans for FailRaid | RDM.

You are the first one, out of every person that has crashed/timed out during one of my sits for it to say "Disconnected By User".

With that being said, If it can be proven to be a crash whether its via server console by J man or by other means of server logs. I will side with a ban removal. However without the confirmation of the crash I am recommending the Ban Stays into Affect.
