I joined July of 2022, and my sentiments from my original introduction still ring true. This is the most sincere GMod community I've encountered, and that still holds after 13 years of playing. I've never seen a playerbase so involved in each other, or a staff team so tightly-knit, yet approachable. I don't care who you are, what you've done, or whose side of whatever court you're on - you chose to play on and enjoy one of, if not the best, GMod communities I've ever experienced in my 13 years of GMod exploration. For that alone, you deserve the unbiased and objective benefit of the doubt in my book. I'll reiterate and clarify: I do not care what you've done or who you are. Everybody deserves a place. Any and all are welcome to base with me. The difference between me a year ago and me now? More mentally present, and I play on the weekdays now :P. I look forward to seeing all names, old and new. Can't tell you how many friends/acquaintances came from being initial Mass RDMers, minges, and NITRPers. Naturally a regular absence is still expected. I think it should just be unable to raid outright. It made sense because you could target other BTC farmers and steal their coin, but... so could every other raiding class. Giving BTC a raidstick just makes jobs like thieves and runners have less worth, and drives up the demand of BTC Farmers to a point where people who actually want to use BTC for its intent are unable to.

Hello, It is I - The Weekend Warrior: Bakkula As the title suggests, I am predominantly present on the weekend. If it's a good day in the maintenance world, I am sparingly active on the weekdays. Any normal day, and I just can't be. I am SLEEP! Factoids Age: 22 Location: Texas Born: Texas Raised: Texas Stationed: Texas Occupation: United States Air Force, C-130J Super Hercules Crew Chief, Repair & Reclamation About 2 months ago I stumbled across AtherNetwork's DarkRP server, and something about it captivated me and rejuvenated my dying GMod heart. While my long tenure in the CSGO community gives me a soft spot for crates, something about AN (other than unboxing) stuck out to me. I genuinely enjoy the individuals who return, time and time again, to this community (whose history I have missed much of). It's my number one and healthiest escape from the maintenance world, and I genuinely enjoy the company and presence of regulars, regardless of their community standing. Anybody, at anytime, is welcome to base with me. Doesn't matter who you are, the company is always appreciated. I'll be the first to admit I am not an active player. I rarely play on weekdays (if I am I'm doing mining quests), and sometimes work travel demands I simply not play for a week or two, and I think that's quite alright. The pleasure of the weekend grind is enough when I see familiar handles. I always look forward to seeing familiar names and hearing familiar voices in AN's DarkRP server. P.S. I hate engineers.
