After looking a bit more into this it seems for a couple reasons you have received a ban
1. RDM
2. NLR
3. Previous Warnings
4. Prop Minge 
I was not there for the building altercation so I cannot say with my own word that you were propminging but I do not think one of our Senior Admins would lie or overdo something that's small, we try to give you many chances here at Aether which is why we allow multiple verbal warnings and documented warnings & jails before resulting to a ban. At the end of the day we allow multiple chances to fix your wrongdoing and you should have stopped when told to in the first place.

Ultimately I appreciate your outreach and someone who was just minging usually doesn't make an appeal so all you can do is hope @Victus Sinistus reads this and allows you a reduced ban, but I cannot speak for him so I will leave it up to that.

I have no idea if this addon allows customization with what you can place/make the buttons do, might have to wait for jman to respond.

I'm going to go out on a limb and give you a +1 for a couple reasons
1. You seem very mature for your age and you seem very easy going to criticism (which is a big deal in being staff)
2. You have stepped up your presence in-game and in-discord 
3. I think you can adapt to the issues thrown at you as a staff

I'm going to weigh in my opinion in this matter, I can understand messing around with friends and staff, and most staff would not care if you kill them. Sometimes it can be annoying if we're trying to take tickets or help respond to a player or just some people in this matter don't like being messed with at all. It's not the best idea to keep on silly antics especially after being jailed (and if the jail was full time) 
I'm gonna have to say it's a little bit the wrong on your side as well as the staff involved I don't think they should be urging on normal players to break the rules, even if it is just for fun some people will take it seriously.

If jigsaw comes to forgive you for the rulebreaking and would agree to your ban being shortened or removed then I see no issue with this happening I just suggest you take the first warning to heart next time.

This is not the appropriate place to be speaking, please stop flooding other applications or else you will be muted.

Intentionally breaking the rules or knowing of wrong doing should not deserve a reduced ban, I'm sorry, you knew what you were doing when you did it and understand it's wrong therefore you should wait out your ban time since you knew it was coming.

Pagan is a good friend of mine so it could be easy for me to draw bias and give a positive reputation without explaining why I see him fit so let me explain. I've known Pagan for a little while now and I can say with my word he's a humble, relaxed, and mature guy. Pagan knows how to handle stressful situations and he is able to keep a level head when enduring something new or unusual, without a doubt I know he can uphold the rules of the server and show everyone equal respect and treatment. This is a 100% yes in my book and I believe beef has the experience, drive, and professionalism to bring not only a staff member who does their job but one who excels and brings a positive experience to the community.  

The totals are a little skewed but overall close as he did say ~about~ anyways it's a nice little guide to figure out what playstyle is more suited for you nice job unclear.
