I suppose suggesting it as a BattlePass was a bad idea because I like the idea of "challenges" more. I was more of thinking a non-passive way to earn either permas, sweps, and other items to offer on the server like casino resets, xp tokens, Aether Crates, and other crates of lower-end value. I'm unsure on how addons truly work for Garry's Mod, and how you would alter them to better fit a specific server. Opposite to what you had said, where you want meth heads to be able to pretty much passively upgrade their farming abilities, I'd like to see more things that make players go out of their way and out of their comfort zone on the server. For example, if someone plays a money making job every single day but sees a challenge for a PD member that seems relatively easy with a decent reward, it would push them to switch jobs and play that role. 

These are very very basic example challenges, so I don't really know if you can change them to things such as; "Defend a PD Raid" or "Complete 10 Hits".

So you're saying that you were engaged in combat by another player, and then used a swep to otherwise kill yourself?
There is no way to "void NLR". Interacting with the same player who would have killed you, if you hadn't offed yourself is breaking NLR.

Even if you had returned to simply ask for a base tour, the other party was obviously not okay with it as the report wouldn't of been made.

What were the messages/links you were sending? Was the excessive racism in-game, or in PMs? Not that this matters very much... The reasons you are banned are some pretty serious reasons, and really doesn't look like you should be allowed back into the community.

Will wait on some more context.

I was the one who had put in the permanent ban extension;

Here's the logs from way back then that I had submitted, since the rules/guidelines had changed a bit since this incident the ban may no longer hold depending how the community sees it. I can remember pretty clearly that you acted out in a very toxic manner when spoken to about your prop block, I even had to gag you according to logs.
