This means the KOS sign you used to kill the other two people is invalid, and those 2 kills would technically be RDMs had they been reported. With this known, and seeing no previous raid adverts from the 2 people you killed that would not classify as base defense, and in my opinion giving Ballsack the right to kill you for being a "dangerous threat"

Upon checking logs after the first sit was called, I seen 2 death logs involving both Ballsack and Spooky Stix. I see that Spooky died to Ballsack, then not much longer than a minute later Spooky comes back and kills Ballsack (in same location). I bring Spooky to my sit, and he begins hollering about how "Ballsack killed me first so just warn us both or send me back"; I explain to him that revenge RDM is still highly against the rules, but that if he still wished too he could make a report after the sit was concluded.
^ Figured I would explain why I issued the warn
As for the report goes, it definitely should be looked into. But I do not agree with your use of the report system, it should be strictly just for that, to report someone.

If I understand this correctly, you must make a sit and WAIT for a staff member to claim it. Any rule breaking used to retaliate will resolve yourself being punished. I will wait for Amanita to respond before making my final decision though.

100% correct. You may return to your OWN base upon release from jail whilst being raided.

If he were to refuse I would most likely either call a higher admin for some guidance, or strip him of his mayor role (if he were mean, or constantly turning lockdown back on unjustly.). If This is the wrong answer I apologize, I just find it to be the more proper idea. (Obviously all this is after the ten minutes limit to a lockdown.)
If a lockdown is unjustified it is okay to give the mayor the second chance to turn it off; however if players are complaining, it could mean they're either being killed/arrested so in my opinion waiting til after the 10 minute lockdown limit to demote/forcefully turn off the lockdown is just way too long.

The problem wasn't with the music itself. It's where you chose to blare your music, in order for DJs to use mics for their music they need to follow the rules; which doesn't include sitting at spawn. But that's not the hole you dug yourself in order to receive this ban, it was never about racism to begin with until you started to say slurs in chat (I even would have let this go if not previous interactions/warnings with you throughout the night). But when you were muted and warned for the last time, you began using @ and !asay to continue saying slurs; including "ltap idc" and left.

I issued this ban this morning for a sit that was called for a RDMx2. The player told me he had been killed by @denty456 wrongfully twice, after I searched through logs I seen the first kill was justified with a warning in advert. But then a few minutes after the first time you killed him, you then killed him a second time except this time with no warning to go away. I see no damage logs of him damaging you first, and you had no clip of the incident so I had to go with what the logs told me.

Like everyone else I agree with not making it overly complicated, as fancy as the V2 for Zero's mod looks that would be crazy difficult to learn/teach. Love the idea of changing up the jobs, I'm all about something new.

That's kinda what I was referring to my comment as well, It's not so much when it's linear warefare. Rather it's when you'll get the player/players who will walk through the door of your base during a raid, shoot a few times, back out and heal. Repeatedly, over and over again. I think even a 3 second cool down would majorly make a difference in how people fight/play.

+1. I feel as if a 5-10 second cool down would be good to test as being mid battle with somebody that has either a macro or a regular bind can drag firefights on for way too long

First mute and gag was issued due to the N word being said in OOC. I had 3 or 4 sits back to back from WatchList all for failraids against his base from a group of PD members. Through each and every single one he got more heated about the situation; mostly due to most of the FailRaiders were first time offenders so it was a verbal warning each time. Then came the last incident, WatchList had his final sit with me and this one was from him supposedly asking someone to switch to bitcoin miner and base with him, when it was a undercover cop that then had disguised himself as a bitcoin miner whilst WatchList added him to the keypads. The player the sit was against then used the keypads to make entry to the base and raided all of his items, keep in mind this is no longer than 20 minutes from all of the previous FailRaids.
Okay, with that being said the 2 words you used are a huge no-no, you know that. We like to keep Aether as safe and positive as it can be for all players. I do very much so think you were heated and didn't think about the consequences, but out of all chats on the server you used the OOC which broadcasts it for everyone to see.
I'm not going to + nor - this, I believe in second chances but this one is higher than me. Best of luck buddy.
Edit: WatchList did call the other player in the last incident the F slur, ending him up with his last warning and ban of 1 week.

I was never the one who instructed him to come here for a report, after my very first sit with Ballsack Vs Spooky Stix, I logged off. I do not know the final outcome or anything that was said when Spo0ky (our t-mod to clarify which one) took his final sit.
