I can see why it sounds like it'd be a good idea, but I feel like something else should take its place saying that there is a active purge ongoing so that players do not forget that theirs is toggled off and start to create reports thinking that they're being RDM'd. After long enough, I'm sure this wouldn't even be a huge issue so I'll give it a +1 if doable.

What're other warns like? If you're not a mingy player then maybe permanent ban can be lightened up to like a a month ban; though you did put players at risk when posting these links whether they work or not, best case scenario for if someone who didn't know the consequences to downloading from weird sites is that the hacks do work. But you've made it a point to make yourself known on the forums and have been doing so for a little while, alongside that you've also been semi-active in the discord from the seems of things; personally I don't think the player should be removed from the server permanently.
I am not saying that I don't agree with Thicc and the ban, for if a random player joined and posted a link like that I'd 100% say keep the perm ban. I believe you made a joke that ended you in a bad situation, and that if you understand the wrongdoing here and agree going forward you'll keep that behavior outside of the community than I think it's something that can be moved on from.

I believe I know what the outcome will be due to how the rules are written, however I personally do not agree that anyone other than a banker/guard job should be able to protect banks in raids. Even if party members. I could be completely crazy but i’m pretty sure I remember an old rule that only the same job types could be in a party together; civilians, money makers, law enforcement, etc.

I’ve had multiple conversations with other staff members and nobody is quite sure how to feel about this and we were just awaiting Jouarams response.

I feel like there’s too many explosive weapons that you cannot use in normal gameplay, like in base defense and such, that these weapons should most definitely be allowed in purge. Adds more incentive for people to buy these weapons and use them in the purge; if the RPG is busted and gets hella kills, just use the RPG or other weapons alike? Running through the streets with a shotgun or any other ordinary weapon will always make you way underpowered.

Did you even make a report against it? Breaking any rule in retaliation to someone breaking the rules will just get you in trouble, even if there was a clip.

I mean yeah, you shoulda been unmuted but sometimes things move too fast and humans make mistakes. And as far as calling a group of players "biggers"; that's only gonna get you in trouble as we all know what it clearly sounds like, and what minges will use it as.

!asay and @ both still work when you're muted, so if you're ever in an experience like this again please do just make a report asking to be unmuted at earliest convivence.

^ If you are 100% sure the player is in the same life it's fine, especially since it only took 21 seconds after raid started to begin combat. Since "/advert over" is not necessary, it really doesn't even end a raid; so that doesn't protect you from being attacked even after fleeing the base.
I do feel like you shouldn't be able to attack somebody for what they did to you any longer than the NLR timer. If I raid you, and we don't have any interactions within 3 minutes whatsoever, and then you come up and damage me I feel like that should be found as RDM. Even with the hypothetical raid, I see no way someone could know 100% you didn't die once within that time, and just killing someone in hopes it isn't RDM is just lowkey annoying.

I believe the actions Revolt took were fine and are allowed within the rules, but I do think a discussion on this should be had like everyone stated above.

It really is best to only report players who break rules towards you, as I am unknowing if the players in this clip are consenting. However, I dug through this players logs and noticed a hefty amount of kills in about 40 minutes, none of them seem to be with any good reason. The player has been warned and punished accordingly, thank you!

Not this single scenario that got you banned, it's the at least 3 other previous warnings that got you banned. Reread over the rules and staff handbook to help not get in trouble in the future.

You're definitely not a disgrace, it happens. I'd be lying if I said I have 0 MRDM warns & bans, it's not the end of the world & your time on Aether is still welcomed and appreciated. 

Were you shooting rockets in attempt to let others gravgun them? You had to of understood that comes with some risk, majority of us have seen Aethers busted rockets and know exactly what they can do, so attempting to recreate this little glitch definitely makes you liable for the person or persons killed imo.

If there is a clip available I would like to see it, and I would also like to know if the player who grabbed the rocket / sent it towards a group of people is known and if so who it was.
