Changing my answer to a +1 you've continued to work on activity not only just in game but have been active on the aether discord some and- based on Pancakes say ( i haven't been on in pretty much 2 days ) you've stayed away from any negativity towards players, i believe it's worth this time around to give you a chance at trial moderator. +1

It'd actually be "/advert ARIESTIOS IS GOING TO BE KIDNAPPED" It's always a written warning if it's 1st offence even if it was just damage done without killing player unless the other player doesn't want them warned thus making it a RIS warn ( example: RDM | RIS ) Truly depends the situation on if a Low-end Harassment warn is to be given out or a Harassment warn is to be given out should always report to Higher ups if/when giving out a Harassment warn they will assess if a ban is required or not depending on the severity/what happened/ how far it was taken. NITRP could also apply here not just for the Low-end Harassment/Harassment but also for a player intentionally ruining others time anyway they can that breaks the rules. Overall, your staff application is pretty good, shows decent knowledge of the rules with a few things i had pointed out and no active warns though there is some things throwing me away from giving a positive at this very moment more to make it give a neutral, i'd like you to up your activity, show us you've left behind any toxicity you may have had in the server in the past, continue to stay out of trouble, continue studying the rules ( staff handbook even as it'll help you get a early understanding on warns/punishment knowledge ) and keep positive community interactions up! I can see you becoming a staff member and making some fun events for players to enjoy but for now at the moment, i'm going with a neutral until farther notice. -/+

This is correct, however i like to make it clear if you're the base owner / basing there being raided, you may return after arrest to continue defending your base. Make sure to bring them first before freezing them as you can't bring a frozen player otherwise correct. in this case it'd be a Job Abuse warn. Overall, your staff application is a good, it really shows you have good rule knowledge, you also have good activity / time now i've hardly had any interactions with you at the moment of typing this but from the interactions i have had, you come off level headed and respectful which is very good for staffing. You do however have 1 active warn but it's not concerning and is very close to being un-active anyways ( near 60 day mark / 2 months old ). Lofi, you're always great to hang out with, very positive and an amazing staff member, you've helped me alot with staffing in many ways and are a great friend that i'm thankful to have. Since the day you had came back, you've kept activity up and been positively interacting with the community, this tells me even more than there already was that there is no reason to give a negative or neutral this tells me even more that i should give a positive. If you're the base owner you may return to the base after arrest to continue defending your base otherwise as the raider you're correct, once arrested as the raider during a raid you may not return to continue raiding and must wait raid cool down to raid that base again. We don't do verbal warnings when it comes to rdm which it is still rdm even if player rdm'd never died, any random damage done to player is rdm ( sure you know already ) so it'd be a rdm warn but if the other player doesn't want them warned then it'd be a resolve in sit warn ( RIS ) like this RDM | RIS This is good but Jailing them is unnecessary as it brings them to a abyss far away from adminland or land so instead just freeze them when they're brought to adminland Overall, this is a good staff application that shows you have good rule knowledge with good activity not only just in game but on the forums, positive community interactions only that i had witnessed besides 1 instance where you were a bit toxic to a player in a sit, have had only good interactions with you myself other than that 1 instance which besides that instance you come off level headed, chill and respectful which that's good for staffing another issue is that you do have some active rdm warns but it's been weeks since your last warn and you've stayed out of trouble since then as long you don't repeat that 1 instance and stay out of trouble, continue studying the rules, study the staff hand book even ( will help you get a head start on obtaining warn/punishment knowledge ), keeping activity and keeping positive community involvement up i see no problem giving your staff application a positive. +1

This staff application is very well made, I myself have had almost no interactions with you so far but that'll change though based on everyone else's say you're a chill, positive, mature and level headed player which that's very good for staffing. Your activity is amazing and not only is it tied to just in game you're active on everything in game, discord and the forums. You do have some active warns but they're not that concerning and you've stayed away from trouble for a good while which is good. Overall, I believe you deserve a chance at being a trial moderator just make sure to continue stay out of trouble, continue to study the rules, even the staff book early ( your choice just helps with getting warn/punishment knowledge early ) and keeping positive community interactions up +1

You're correct but i still like to make this clear, if you're the base owner and you're arrested mid raid you may return after arrest to continue defending the base. Stripping him is good but wait till they're brought to a sit location to freeze them as you can't !bring a frozen player and it will always be a ban if it's MRDM even if no previous active warns for it which if no previous active warns for MRDM prior to the one you're about about to give it'll be a 3 day ban. This staff application is very well done! your activity is great not only just in game but on the forums also, I wanted to wait till i got more interactions with you but unfortunately i had not but from the interactions i have had with you they've been great, you're very friendly, chill and level headed from what i've seen/heard so far atleast. I will say the only problem well concern more to say really is the warn you have though it is 6 months old as long as that behavior isn't continued and you continue studying the rules, studying the staff handbook even ( will help you get a head start on warn/punishment knowledge ), keeping positive community interactions up, staying out of trouble and keeping activity up i see no problem giving your staff application a positive.
