    Why Should You Be Unbanned: I should be unbanned because my little brother got on and started killing dwarfs. He plays gmod but got banned on your server. I'm sorry and I'll make sure it will never happen again.

     Hello, My name is Elizabeth or other people might known me as beth but i want to properly introduce myself to the new players on the server cause they don't know who i am or what i do when im not on the gmod server so i just want everyone to get to know me a little better

    well most of you know im a staff member on aether and its been a fun time being staff and some funny things happen in admin sits and when im out just rp'ing with people i mostly play meth or hobo and sometimes i base but mostly im hobo trying to gain a living for myself xd

    i'm a photographer and i'm a video editor the things i do for fun is playing games with friends and i guess meeting new people, sometimes i will be on the discord server talking to people i've never met and hanging out with them so sometimes you will see me on there

    tbh owning 2 servers for 2 different games can be diffcult (maybe not for jouaram) but i've done this before and it's quite hard cause i had to be on both games and also i don't see a reason for jouaram to own 2 servers on different games (unless he wants to) this is also very very random

    • How can you contribute to Aether?: I can contribute to Aether by being active friendly to everyone and will try to answer all there question i will try and answer tickets to the best of my ability and will  be responsible with my choices and wont pick a side even if its my friend without evident. i will do my best to make new people feel welcome to the server and answer there questions any time they need. i don't have that much experience with being a admin but I'm a fast learner and will listen to any staff that want to give me advise or criticism. i will also help people with questions to the best of my ability and i will help with shop and tell them how to buy stuff if they need. i can also teach people how to use the advaced dupe 2 if needed. and show how to download a base if needed.
    • Have you read the rules fully, understand and feel comfortable enforcing them as correctly as possible? (Yes/No): yes

    • Raids can last how long?:raids last 10 min
    • What initiates a raid?: you have to advert raid
    • If the owner of the base is standing outside as you're about to raid, can you kill them?: depends on how far away they are. If they are within the interference distance , yes, but, if they are further away no they cant
    • List 3 default Laws of The land:  cant attack other players unless its self defense Raiding is illegal printers and drugs are illegal
    • How many bases can you own per party?: 1 base per party
    • A player is refusing to co-operate with you in a staff sit, how do you handle the non-cooperative player?: say they were running away trying not to stay in the sit then i would do a verbal warning first and if they are still not co operating i will make there punishment worse if i have too. 
    • You see another staff member abusing their power (Give an example of a staff abusing and how you would handle it/who you would contact): i see a admin noclipping through other peoples bases scouting it out and then raid them  and contact the owner
    • A player is excessively RDMing/RDAing and breaking NLR (What is RDM/RDA and NLR? How do you determine if a player is breaking any of these?): 
    • RDM is killing other people for no reason what so ever i would look in logs to see if they rdmed that person or not
    • NLR new life rule is were if you were getting raided or getting killed by a hit man and come back and kill the person and don't wait 3 minutes and if you die in pd when you raiding and someone in your group is still alive then you can go back if they are not its over i would look at logs to see if the person waited 3 minutes or not.
    • RDA is when a cop arrest you for no reason and you did nothing at all then that's RDA i would ask the cop what reason they had to arrest them

    imo the playtime is good (not 1 week but it's fine) good app i think you deserve a chance at staff +1

    • A player is refusing to co-operate with you in a staff sit, how do you handle the non-cooperative player?: First I will mute or gag them if they are mic-spamming and then I will proceed to ask them what happened and then ask if they want me to help. If they refuse or continue being a problem in the server I will enforce the punishment/ reason the sit was made on them
    • You see another staff member abusing their power (Give an example of a staff abusing and how you would handle it/who you would contact): I would handle this by contacting Jouaram or someone higher in ranks and let them know what this staff member is doing and how they are abusing their power.
    • A player is excessively RDMing/RDAing and breaking NLR (What is RDM/RDA and NLR? How do you determine if a player is breaking any of these?):                           RDM (Random Death Match) A player killing another player which is failing RP, I can check death logs or see if a raid was adverted.
    • RDA (Random Arrest) A player being randomly arrested or for failing RP, I will look to see if they broke any laws on the law board.
    • NLR (New Life Rule) After dying in a raid or roleplay situation you can return to that proximity in 3 minutes unless you were RDMED, I can check logs of the questioner and owner of the base.

    • You see another staff member abusing their power (Give an example of a staff abusing and how you would handle it/who you would contact): say a moderator was phasing through walls when he isnt a moderator to phase through a players base i would tell a higher up staff member of the community if not an admin
    • A player is excessively RDMing/RDAing and breaking NLR (What is RDM/RDA and NLR? How do you determine if a player is breaking any of these?): Remember is random deathmatch so you can't randomly kill someone RDA is arresting with no reason and NLR Is new life rule which means you can't go back to where you died for 3 minutes I would determine if someone were doing these actions by going into logs and checking what happened but with NLR unless the accuser had valid evidence like video recording I wouldn't be able to do anything 

    i've barely seen you on at all and 4 hours is really really low for a staff app -1

    Players with such little time on the server are rarely ever accepted(the first time) but I feel with more community interaction from you, you would be a great addition to staff
