The rule is only really clear in a vacuum, forcing people to walk the straight path-ways of a base is technically already "restricting movement", so how are players supposed to know where to draw the line. +1

Pretty sure they still have to wait the full 30 minutes before coming back to the same base, the regular NLR timer doesn't affect raids in the same way.

This question is fine however I would always recommend to gather as much evidence as possible, that doesn't really apply to this because logs can show people being jailed but it is a good thing to keep in mind.

-1 this is insane, entirely removing the prop limit is an easy way to cause a lot of problems, as Tani Mah pointed out with infinite props bases would become damn near unraidable and even with a limit given any more than premium would be a massive buff, the only other options I can think of would be to add a prop limit rule to raid bases but that would be incredibly hard to monitor I feel like.

Yeah idk, currently the only reason anybody uses the mug swep which is supposed to be for RP is to fuck with and annoy people because of how little it takes, however there are two things to account for. 1, if the mugger really wanted to they could easily be out of sight and un-catchable before the victim can even turn around. And 2, while logs exist I can very much see somebody pushing all the afk people out of spawn and getting millions for free. It is a reasonable request but one that is hard to balance +/-
