The only thing I can see notably wrong with your staff app is the example given for NLR, however other than that it looks just fine. Of the interactions I have had with you recently you have a great sense of humor and are fun to be around, of course being funny doesn't help with your functional ability to staff well, but being well liked can often help when trying to meditate a situation. +1

I haven't had many interactions with you in-game, and the ones I have had mostly end in you running away with my money... You seem like a nice guy that could do well as staff and I see nothing wrong with your app that would bar you being accepted. Your raid cooldown is 30 minutes per base, this cooldown starts from your raid advert. And Raid cooldowns are shared across your party unless you are a member of the PD. Idk where you got that from but the rules say otherwise

Pretty sure they still have to wait the full 30 minutes before coming back to the same base, the regular NLR timer doesn't affect raids in the same way. I know this is really nit-picky on my part but the question specifies it was unprovoked You missed the 4th law "Laws can be enforced with KOS if the player is wanted" This question is fine however I would always recommend to gather as much evidence as possible, that doesn't really apply to this because logs can show people being jailed but it is a good thing to keep in mind. CST gang ftw. Seems fine overall and the few things you missed are minor. However I cannot in good faith give a plus one because you still did miss a few things. For now +/-

I think adv meth should be raised above lean because it is def much easier to make and keep running at a solid pace compared to lean. Just my 2 cents tho

Unless it was heavily nerfed in the last month and I didn't notice 50 adv meth should sell for WAY more than 390k like not even close, when I measured them both a lil over a month back adv meth easily made more $/ph than Bitcoin, and a full 300 sell was 10s of millions, not the 2.3m you claim.
