While Ill be playing the standard role play I will also be keeping my eyes out for anyone that will be breaking the rules. I will help with any events that start by trying to make them more fun and run smoothly. I hope to be able to lessen the amount of rules broken on the server. I have been staff member on a large number of servers and absolutely love helping out a great community. I know most of the ULX commands and the warn system so I would not need much help with that. Have you read the rules fully, understand and feel comfortable enforcing them as correctly as possible? (Yes/No): Yes, While I have made my fair share of mistakes I am confident that I have learned from them. I have made one mistake in my early days of playing on this server but that is the only warn I have received. Are you willing to listen to any Staff member guide you as a Staff, even if you feel you don't need to? (Yes/No): Yes, I'm very happy to take any constructive criticism that will help me improve. Are you certain you will be able to staff for several hours a week? (Yes/No): Yes everyday after school I can be on. The only day I cant be on is some Sundays. DarkRP Rule Questions Raids can last how long?: 10 Minutes What initiates a raid?: Adverting Raid. Your 10 minute timer starts as soon as that enters the chat log. If the owner of the base is standing outside as you're about to raid, can you kill them?: Yes as long as they are close enough to be interfering with the raid. List 3 default Laws of The Land: Raiding is illegal, Murder is illegal, and Shooting in public is illegal. How many bases can you own per party?: 1 base per party, Any more would be considered mega basing. A player is refusing to co-operate with you in a staff sit, how do you handle the non-cooperative player?: Freeze the player if they are trying to leave the sit. If the player is Mic Spamming start by gagging them so you can continue the sit. Find the person at fault and act accordingly. You see another staff member abusing their power (Give an example of a staff abusing and how you would handle it/who you would contact): I would contact a staff member that was higher than the player abusing. For instance If the staff member was a higher rank than me attempting to kick a large amount of players I would kick the staff member doing that so the higher up could demote him with minimal damage. If the staff member was a lower rank then I would demote the player to User and take care of the situation accordingly. Stopping the abuse as quickly as possible is what I aim to do. A player is excessively RDMing/RDAing and breaking NLR (What is RDM/RDA and NLR? How do you determine if a player is breaking any of these?): RDM is basically killing someone for no reason. To find out if someone is RDMing then i would check logs. This would help me find if the player was damaged before killing someone. For RDA I would ask the reason for arrest and then act accordingly. If the cop said that the player killed someone then i could check logs. NLR is New Life Rule if a player dies and returns to that location before 3 minutes then he would be breaking NLR. I could check logs to see where the player was killed and when he returned. Extra Comments: Im excited to be able to help the Aether community in any way I can. I absolutely love playing on this server! The first time I posted a staff application I was denied due to a lack of time on the forums and the Discord. Since then I have tried to be very active on both and I think I have done a great job.

Yo! I'm Fortesquu you can call me Fort or Spencer either works. I'm a fair bit new to the community but I'm having a ton of fun. Im from the US I just turned 17 on Feb 9th.
