That is the F4 menu we used to use. I don't know for certain why it was removed, probably for performance reasons.

I assume it was changed for good reason so I'm gonna go with -1

None of these raids were 30 minutes apart from each other. You have 6 fail-raid warns, including one literally 2 hours before this happened so you should know better.

Take some time while you're banned to read the rules. You consistently break them. Not knowing them is not an excuse.

It is clear. This text screen tells you laws that are only applicable in PD and one which crosses over with the law of the land about shooting in public.

The laws of the land tells you the laws.

The rules tell you how to enforce them.

Okay, to clarify there's no rule on shooting out of the window if they have a justified reason to do so.

The rule that matters in this situation is this one

What I'm seeing is that Lofi was confused regarding a rule and was unable to get clarification from the other staff helping him and went with a RIS warning because of that fact. I do not believe Lofi should be punished for this as when you're confused it's best go with RIS to avoid a major issue, however this sort of issue should be avoided in the future by just refreshing up on some of the rules that we need to know in sits less often.

I'm going with a +1 for Jerry being re-warned and punished for the RDM case

and a -1 for Lofi receiving a punishment

While as staff we do have discretion on giving lenient punishments or RIS warns, we need a proper reason to do so. I personally am not seeing any reason to not punish the player for RDM.

The player in question. Jerry, said that he saw BakedPotato shoot one bullet at a window and claimed that puts someone's life in danger which is false. He would have said something about the player being right next to Baked.

Since he only saw one shot fired, it is safe to assume he saw the final shot, which was at a window with nobody in the vicinity.

This is a pretty clear case of RDM to me. 
Jerry has 7 active RDM warns, excluding RIS, and plenty of other minge warnings. It's not as if a new player made a mistake and was given leniency, this guy breaks plenty of rules frequently. I can't imagine why he wouldn't at least be jailed.

Not sure why you're saying you were banned on the 27th after being told about 10 times it was the 26th in the discord ticket.

I'll recap all points I've seen and give my thoughts because I have slightly conflicting opinions on some and a question.

First: KOS Sign, the sign is invalid. Even though it's obviously just being used as a joke we can't allow it to be used for actual RP purposes.

Second: Baiting, if his KOS sign was valid this base setup would not be kill baiting, baiting would be misleading players into entering the base and killing them without them knowing it was KOS or telling them you wouldn't kill them. The sign was clear and players knew the risks of entering, however with an invalid sign none of this matters it was RDM either way.

Third: Defense, this is not base defense, as others have stated base defense requires a raid. Though this is not clearly written in the rules it can be interpreted from this rule: "You can take over a raid by killing other raiders, however you cannot defend a base by killing other raiders".

Fourth: Ballsack's "RDM": PD Laws state: 

1. Laws can be enforced with KOS if a players life is in danger.

There was a 9 second gap between Stix putting away a weapon and the kill, he was using a physgun and in my opinion showing no danger or threat to any players at that time. Had the kill been immediately during or after Stix's kills then I believe this would have been valid, but with the gap there was no immediate threat to players I think he should have been arrested for the kills.

Fifth: Revenge RDM: This one's pretty obvious.

Why was this brought to a report? It looks like a pretty open and shut case to be handled in-game. If you bring a player for breaking a rule and they want to report rule breaking as well, there's no reason not to allow them to. He shouldn't have been told to bring this to the forums over one kill.

I would love to see FirePhox on staff. He's always been around the server having a good time and creating good vibes for everyone around him and he's never caused any trouble.
