I don't remember you very well but I can tell you were breaking a lot of rules pretty frequently.

On top of this you have 2 game bans on your steam account

With the most recent one being just over two months ago.

You seem to be a serial cheater in games and garry's mod appears to be no exception.

I can't imagine you've changed to a point where you don't cheat at all in just 2 months.

Based on the clip I see him walking up to you guys about 3 times, and you guys approaching him in spawn once to mess with him and then once at his base to mess with it and put signs down.

It looks like he stopped after the sits, you continued later on.

If you're referring to the kill, the last time he died was 1.5 minutes earlier by someone completely unrelated so i don't see any NLR occuring

NLR also doesn't make RDM allowed

1st clip: You ran up to them forcing yourself into situations in almost every occasion. The only outlier is when you were afk in spawn and they pushed you into a corner for like 30 seconds and then left. It does look like you may have been RDM'ed by Chimp at about 13:39

2nd clip: Starts with a sit, we have no idea what's going on based on this clip (audio would have been really nice). Then there was a sign placed on your base by Chimp saying "Cringe", you were again brought into a sit with Chimp for this. It looks like this was handled, as I see a warning line up with the time-stamps in chat . After this I don't see much happening.

3rd clip: Nothing really goes on in the beginning, then I see 2 more signs pasted on your base by Chimp, and 1 by Rekuri. After this nothing else of notice occurs.

1st picture: That sign was pasted before Chimp received his warning for text screen minging so we can consider that one handled.

2nd and 3rd picture: These are the signs that we see in the 3rd clip at about 2:25 in your video. These signs were pasted after the warning and sits occurred so these were not already handled.

RDM: 

this is where it occurred as we can see in the first video, this happened at 9:43:47 PM.

Checking Chimp's advert logs there were no advert warnings made, and he received no damage. This looks like full on RDM.

To conclude: I see Chimp placing  signs on your base on multiple occasions, at least twice after his warning, and RDMing you once by the looks of logs.

I also see Rekuri placing one sign down, and I see no warning given to him.

I see nothing against Lofi here so I will leave him out.

This does look like harassment to me, based on the videos you've provided we can also see that you were walking up to them and putting yourself into situations where I assume the beef/toxicity began, however this only went on in the first clip and we you are not interacting with them in any way other than the sit you were in. In fact in the second clip we see them all running up to your base and beginning to place signs and mess around. Based on speaking to Goose and the gags that occured Chimp was also mic spamming during the sits and following it up with some toxicity in chat.

Goose told me that he informed chimp that if it happened again that it would be considered harassment.

This does look to me like the behavior continued, however due to the complexity of the scenario and you potentially instigating some of the interactions I will leave the final decision up to Jouaram.

I think this kind of defeats the purpose of colored sabers as a whole.

I'd rather other options for premium perks, potentially a discounted modelrenter or something else like that

Based on the videos/photos you provided Albanian was banned for the rules he broke.

On top of this from the videos you provided us with in a support ticket on discord has given me enough evidence to also ban deaf schizophrenic.

However I can't see any evidence or clips involving the other two players mentioned so they have not been punished. If you have any additional clips/evidence to provide feel free to make another report.
