The hellslinger has already been nerfed to fk to comprehend for PVP gameplay and the alt fire was deleted off from existence for purge to serve as a countermeasure to those camping the bloody fk out of my spawn tunnel gunstore.  Nerfing it any further would hinder the demand for it and discourage people from using it altogether.

Crossfire has to be provable. Logs has no way of completely proving that damage was crossfire. 
If you are able to provide a clip any time you crossfire someone, and it shows that it was actual crossfire, then you won’t be warned for RDM if someone makes a report. 
 

Just be more careful or get clipping software.

• How can you contribute to Aether?: I can contribute my time and knowledge of the rules to Aether. I can also be helpful and respectful towards both players and staff alike, though I know I can joke around often I do genuinely enjoy helping others.

DarkRP Rule Questions

• Raids can last how long?: A maximum of 10 minutes

• What initiates a raid?: An advert in chat announcing the raid
• If no raiding tool is being used can the player steal the item from a base without an advert?: Yes as long as there job allows stealing
• Give an example of a valid raid advert (type it as you'd type it in-game): /advert raid /advert PD raid 
• If the owner of the base is standing outside on their base entrances sidewalk as you're about to raid but haven't announced a raid yet, can you kill them?: No that would be rdm, you have to advert raid before killing or shooting them if they are within interfering distance of the raid which being in the entrances sidewalk would include.
• If you get arrested mid-raid can you return after your arrest?: You can return to the base but you can no longer raid and have to wait the raid timer before you initiate another raid on the same base.
• If you get RDM'd are you allowed to kill the RDMer back without repercussions?: No that would still be rdm and you can be punished for it, the best thing to do is make a sit and wait for a staff member to handle it. 
• A player punches somebody unprovoked and runs away, the player who got punched calls a sit - what punishment would you give the instigator?: If the player has no previous warns and is new to the server I would explain to them that doing damage unprovoked is considered RDM and against the rules and give them a written warning. 
• List all default Laws of The Land: Raiding and stealing is illegal, Entities detected by the contraband scanner are illegal, harming players is illegal unless you are defending bases, shooting dangerous weapons in public is illegal, laws can be enforced with kos if the player is wanted, laws can be enforced with kos if a players life is in danger, non-default laws must be things that players choose to do, Laws that are seen as baiting kills or arrests are disallowed, The mayor can choose to make dangerous weapons legal or illegal.
• How many bases can you own per party?: 1
• A player is refusing to co-operate with you in a staff sit, how do you handle the non-cooperative player?:  It would depend on what they are doing that is causing a disruption to the sit. If they are running away I would freeze them, if they are micspaming or talking over the other player I would gag them and if they were chat spamming I would mute them but each situation would have to be handled differently, if they are intentionally disrupting the sit and wasting my time as well I would also possibly warn them for wasting staff time. 
• Can you punish a player for intentionally ruining others time, even if they say it's out of fun?: Yes, if they are targeting a certain player it could be deemed harassment or NITRP depending on the situation. 
• Give an example of a Staff abusing their powers and how you would handle it: Noclipping into bases to get base layouts or to break players things or Nocolliding players props, then raiding them to get an advantage. I would inform higher ups about the staff member doing it then try to record or clip them doing it, Then I would send the clip to a higher up or talk to the staff member depending on my rank.
• A player is excessively RDMing, how would you intervene/stop them from continuing and what punishment would you give?: I would strip the player,  teleport them into a sit, I would then freeze them and check logs to see how many people they have killed and ban him for either 3d, 1w or 2w depending on previous warnings
• A Mayor enabled a lockdown without reason and is refusing to turn it off, how do you resolve this?: A Mayor enabled a lockdown without reason and is refusing to turn it off, how do you resolve this?: I would teleport to them and tell them they have to have a valid reason to enable lockdown and that they need to disable it and if they still refuse I would force change jobs to mayor and disable it and warn the player for job abuse. 

Extra Comments: Though I have made joke apps in general before I am being serious and genuinely would like to try staffing, I do enjoy socializing with and especially helping the players of aether. I feel I am ready to try it out due to my experience and history on the server I believe I can help to make it a positive environment for others to enjoy.
