Wasting Staff Time/Baiting Sits:

• 1st Offence -> Verbal Warning with instructions to only use @ for real sits.
• 2nd Offence -> 5 minute jail. 
• 3rd Offence -> 15 minute jail. 
• 4th Offence -> Ban up to 3 days.
  • Some minges will make it their duty to waste as much Staff time as possible, it's key that you identify these types of players and get rid of them when necessary. 
  • Sometimes regular players will also waste staff time/create silly sits - try to straighten them out and stop them from repeating this behavior.

This should conclude the report.

As my job as reviewer its not my job to lead the sit, its my job to intervene when things start to get complicated. Oh and its ridiculous to defend your own property? The railing around the fountain? How is that relevant to any of this.

Yes you did do your job but when he calls you into a sit for it you should be at least willing to let information in. Instead of having to be gagged in-order for staff to talk to you. Also as a police officer you should also he figuring out the entire situation.

Why Should You Be Unbanned: Saw a hobo shoot an RPG in the street. Shooting in public is illegal (perm law) and the mod claimed that because he's a hobo he can put a KOS sign up and shoot into it. I saw a law violation and did my job. Warn and ban unwarranted.

I was trying to explain what was wrong in this situation, but nonetheless my mic was broken in game.

Astroo was defending his property, you see HOMEless people have no homes, hence the name HOMEless. Astroo was just simply defending his base as you can see in the image below

You see shooting in public is a permanent law, BUT being HOMEless means that the public is your home. Fountain is RP ONLY and Astroo was just defending his base in his metaphorical "home".

As Jouaram said in the last ban appeal "For the final time Deni, your ban appeal has been accepted."
