Welcome, been talking to you a bit in game you seem chill hope you stick around.

For those of you who don't know alias is a way to make a short cut to run more then one console command at a time (Note this dose not bypass any time restrictions in chat or any other command that might have a time delay. So what this will do is bind one key to toggle threw all your weapons (You Saber Collectors Know you want this) If you want this to save after you close Gmod you will have to add it to a file, I will detail this after the commands. alias w1 "use weapon_lightsaber_crosssaber_dark;bind i w2" alias w2 "use weapon_lightsaber_white;bind i w3" alias w3 "use weapon_lightsaber_spooky;bind i w1" the green Letters/Numbers can be anything you want thats the "Alias" name. everything after alias name must be in quotations use ent_name is the weapon you wish to use (if you don't know how to find the ent name follow the guide here) after use ent_name you will need a ; and then bind the the key to the next alias so the first alias w1 when pressed will automaticlly bind that same key to the next alias w2 you can do as many alias alias as you want counting up the # (easiest way to keep track) but all "commands" need to be in quotations with a ; separating the commands. Once you've done it a few times its a fairlly easy process to do. Sadly gmod does not save aliases for some reason so if you wish to keep this as a permante you will need to go to your garry's mod folder Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\cfg open autoexec.cfg you can add your alias here or you can put then make a new file with the same file name custom_alias.cfg or you can just put the aliases in the autoconfig.cfg If you want a more detailed guide on aliases and how it can be used to toggle things like duck, zoom, walk, run etc Let me know and I'll write one up. If necessary using commands such as freeze, mute and gag to try and and Stop said player from continuing the disruptive behavior causing me not to be able to communicate with him. If necessary and if possible at the time If the player absolutely refuses to listen I would ask a higher ranking staff to assist and try and see if they can talk to the person. Can you punish a player for intentionally ruining others time, even if they say it's out of fun?: Yes, A verbal warning can be issued on first offense if the player harasses another player to the extent it causes the player grief Give an example of a Staff abusing their powers and how you would handle it: Teleporting to a player and changing jobs to supply them with items. I would report it to a higher ranking staff member. I have no issues with speaking directly to them my self but unless so specified it is best to let the upper management handle it. A player is excessively RDMing, how would you intervene/stop them from continuing and what punishment would you give?: if I notice a massive amount of killing (not reported) I would begin to spectate the player and if it does seem to rise to the level of mass RDM I would teleport the player to a safe location and speak to him, listen to his reason make a assessment of what should be done. If the people he killed does in fact say they where "messing around" I would let the player go and let him know to be very careful not to kill any one who is not a willing participant in the "fun" and warn him that it could be a ban if it happens. If however there is no RDM with reports I would handle it similarly, teleport to the player ask him what is going on and explain to him the rules and what needs to be done 3 Day Ban. A Mayor enabled a lockdown without reason and is refusing to turn it off, how do you resolve this?: I would teleport tot he mayor (TP a player who has a job that is lost due to death should be treated a little more cautiously) ask him why he has started a lock down and explain to him the rules and advise him to always /broadcast or /advert a reason for the lock down. If he dose not have one. Extra Comments: If accepted I hope to help bring more sense of community amongst the staff (not implying there isn't one already). It is a tough job and underappreciated position and Besides being a teacher to the community (for those who need it) and Law Enforcement having fellow staff members who already know the struggles of being in a leadership role and Willingness to not only Teach from the well of knowledge I have but also always willing to listen and grow new skills along side fellow staff members can hopefully only Grow the stringent off all the Staff members including my self.

Why? If it has something to do with your strike, it ain't over til its over. You live and learn, Don't Give up! Honestly nothing good comes if everything in life is easy, You learn more from your mistakes then you do your successes. I know it sound cliched but its true, its a part of Human nature We learn from our struggles and working to figure out those failures are what makes you a better person.

Whats good ya'll I'm TangoDown I'm chill guy orignally from California but just moved to Oregon. Been playing Gmod Waaaay to long. (28032.1 as of this post) I've done a lot of different things on Gmod and have had a lot of different roles, but I enjoy building mostly (I've seen every prop in Gmod that there is) I've spent way to much time building but thats what I enjoy most figuring out ways to build traps/bases what ever to confuse the living hell out of others. And now that I've spent some time on the server and seen how chill every one is and how enjoyable it is I think I'll stick around and have some Fun..
