Yes it would but what would the punishment be? You wouldn't Ban some one just for not co-operating. IF they exscalated to somthing that is a bannable offense sure. Conclusion Overall your app is well done. there are a few questions that need to be cleared up. But looking at your warns you have 2 RIS and while they don't count towards future punishments the fact that you have one Yesterday and the day before makes me a little bit uneasy +/-

And what Punishment would you Give them? Snort's App is well done though there are a few things that where a little off but Over all I think has a good grasp on rules and Should make a fine addition to the staffing team. +1

Not much to add, was good staff from what I remember. Has been quite some time sense he's been staff but I think once he get caught up to the new stuff he'll do great! +1

To get a true sense of a comparison you would have to Find 2 Similar items from each server and get an average "hourly wage" i.e., how much one could make in a hour and do a cost analysis to begging to get sibilance of a proper worth of each server. Too much math so the point is kind of moot

This is often missed But You always and 100% first must /advert Raid You also cannot continue with the raid. Give a Example. All interactions/punishments Get logged into the Awarn system so you ban them you warn them with (Rule Broken | Punishment) This is good. But also 'giving them a second chance would also be helpful to explain the rules while giving them said second chance. Verdict I Agree with @ThiccYe Your app is pretty well done there are a few things that could have been improved apron But in general knowledge is there and some of those other intangible quality's (I Believe) are there and think You just might be a good addition to the staff team. +1

There are a few things that can be corrected during a trial mod phase (mostly just how bans/warns work) but Other than That Great App +1

the key thing here you said that makes me wonder 'I want to warn people for bad behavior' No one I know wants to deal with ppls bad behavior nor should it ever be there main focus/goal. Your job as a mod/staff is not to just 'punish' people but help players learn and grow and you will find some will never change and those sad cases u end up just giving up on. This Fire and Brimstone statement makes me very concerned even though you latter in this massive wall of text give a bit of a better tone of Helping the community. Conclusion Overall, your app is well done. Though your overly complicated response to 'how can you contribute to Aether leaves me wondering if you are just Sick and tired of all the crap you have to put up with at night or if you're just a power-hungry person. If it were not for this, I would Most likely have +1 Your app but for now due to that and not really knowing you all that well I'm going to go Natural +/-

There still is no Rule saying You Must advert a Raid over. Some of these are missing a lot of words. that change what the law means and You have some here that are not in the 'Full List' As seen in the very bottom section of the rules (that's what we are looking for) What if they only go around telling people to Mass RDM or tell other players to harass one player over and over? And that's how long? Conclusion While I don't remember having any issues with you in the past (when u know we first joined and were getting our start) Right now you just got back and clearly need to get back up to date on all the changes in rules and everything else. In the rules it is a bit confusing but all Raids must start with a Raid Advert. As stated above you would need to advert a Raid first, plus if you killed someone and then started Lock picking, they Called RDM right away there could be a scenario where the player is Pulled into a sit before, they could complete a lock pick and then End up causing more confusion. There Will be cases where players do things such as 'Outsource' harassment asking other players to constantly harass them or do things that are with in the bounds of the rules but Still harassment in those cases you can Punish a player for intentionally ruining others time. While this is right its always a good thing to try re-explain / re-enforce the rules so even if you do have to demote/punish a player they have a better chance of not repeating the offence. Conclusion I'm a bit torn while You have a good app and I've not really seen any issues with you in game recently You only have 3 Weeks of no warns after gathering 6 warns in 9 Days. I personally would like to see a bit more time of you playing and staying out of Trouble before I can Support Your app So for now, I'm just going to be natural. +/-

There is No Official rule stating a player has to '/advert party raid' or '/advert Raid Assist' only req is to advert a Raid. It is defiantly something we like players to use to help us sort out Issues. But You do indeed need to be in a party to Raid together. I added the question in with the assumption That this was what the answer was for however it needs to be Edited & Corrected as It still looks like you partly removed some of your answers. And or No Intent to Role play Conclusion While Your app Looks pretty good there is that issues (mentioned above Middle quote). At minimum fix that one answer and I'll Most Likely Change my Support but for now I'm going to be Natural Now that You have fixed your app, I can Fixed Your app I can confidently Support Your App. I've never seen you cause trouble and from the interactions I Remember having with you (Not Too Many) but the one's I have had were always positive and pleasant. As Far as the first quoted and second quoted Questions go That just something u will have to go through Rules and Read, It would seem like common sense to have to do thoes things but sometimes Rules Defy Logic And that's just the Nature of DarkRP +1
