I love playing poker, and I don't claim to be great at it, but the issue with Poker (especially when playing online for money. You didn't earn in real life) is that people tend to be less Strategy-based and More Bull. But I'm sure you can watch videos on YouTube on how to play.

The problem wasn't with the music itself. It's where you choose to blare your music, in order for DJs to use mics for their music, they need to follow the rules; which doesn't include sitting at spawn. But that's not the hole you dug yourself to receive this ban; it was never about racism, to begin with, until you started to say slurs in chat (I even would have let this go if not for previous interactions/warnings with you throughout the night). But when you were muted and warned for the last time, you began using @ and !asay to continue saying slurs, including "ltap idc" and left.

I was waiting for Snort to reply, but that's defiantly the impression I got from reading your 'Appel'. If you had remained calm and not gone on a rant using the very words you claimed were what got you in trouble (and indeed they did), You could have calmly told Snort that you were planning on leaving soon, and He might have told you to go ahead and log off after Jailing you or what every punishment you were going to get.

I don't know. We have so many items already that have healing/armor capabilities the cheapest and quickest way to get HP/Armor is the Holy Hand Grande. I don't think it's scarry to add more healing items.

Korby, you may have been a problem child sometimes. But I think overall you are a good person. It would help if you found better friends who are not trolls. You'd be better for it. Whatever you decide to do in the future, I truly wish you nothing but the best. And for god sake, stay away from the trolls :)

Collage is more important than video Games (Unless you are going to study how to make them )

We've already been over this.

Assassin (2) | Hitman (3) | Under Cover Hitman (1)
if we do some quick, simple math, if the server is Full and Every job that can take a hit is complete, that's 10.66 Hits Per hitman
now, If we go by averages (and this could be a completely wrong guess), I think the server Peaks at an average of between 40 & 50 players during peak hours a day (Not Every Day), and the server gets fuller on the weekends and holidays and so on With that info at hand lets say the Average of the server is 45 Players
45 / 6. That's 7.5 Per HitmanNow to the averages of hits placed (Not including auto hits), I reckon without a Hitmen Spamming OOC or Advert, You see 1 to 3 hits an hour.
So what do all these Numbers Mean? If you crunch down the average player count vs. how many Hitman there can be (and there are def a set of players who thrive and enjoy the Hitman Job) with an average of 3 to a possible 13 Hits per Hour, the Higher number is IF the server is pretty entire. A simple math check, we'll see that 2.16 hits Per hitman on The High End.
This also doesn't consider that Some players are quicker on the draw, accepting Hits and taking more hits than average, leaving casual/newer/not as fast players to lose out on Hits.My Semi Sudo Solution.
- As much as I hate Random hits, I think it would be acceptable to Lower the Cool down on an Individual player, But this is how I would Do it
- Individual Hit Cool down 15 Minutes
- Hitman Still Cannot Accept a Hit on the Same Player within a 30 Minute Time Frame (limit them farming hits on the same person)
- Some System that Spreads the Hits (I.E., you have some restriction to take a new hit when once you have taken one, Giving another hitman a chance to get one)
I Def think these suggestions Will need tweaks and some other ideas added. But as a whole, Hitman Job is always Historically bad because of the Number of assassins and the Lack of hits; the answer has always been to Increase the Number of hits taking place by some means. Well, That can be fine, But if you want to fix the Job, More needs to be implemented other increase the volume of hits.
This was from the suggestion Reduce Hit Timer. Simply adding more hits is not going to solve the problem. We need a better fix than Just increasing the number of hits.

I don't see how this would make the server more fun. Additionally, it's only typically late at night when the server is low population when you will find a lot of rag dolls, Mianlly when a lot of people are AFK and players abuse weapons to push people out of spawn to kill them.

Have you read the rules fully, understand, and feel comfortable enforcing them as correctly as possible?: Yes, and I have also taken notes of the most common rules I believe I will need to enforce.
Questionable as you just received a couple of warns about a week ago.
15 hours ago, Spo0ky said:If you get arrested mid-raid, can you return after your arrest?: Not until 30 minutes have passed. Same as dying.
While this is correct, I'm not marking this as an incorrect answer. I bring forth the question, what if the Defender was the one who got arrested? Situational awareness is essential.
16 hours ago, Spo0ky said:A player is refusing to co-operate with you in a staff sit, how do you handle the non-cooperative player?: I would first try to de-escalate the situation. If that doesn't work ill proceed with a mute. Then finally, a kick/ban.
For non-cooperative players, You typically would Mute/Gag/Freeze them and continue the investigation. Kicks & Bans for non-cooperation players would only be for extreme cases where they are doing something that is affecting the server (somehow spamming a shit ton of props while frozen, causing lag, as an example).
16 hours ago, Spo0ky said:A Mayor enabled a lockdown without reason and refuses to turn it off; how do you resolve this?: If the Mayor continues to do it, I would demote him.
Correct, But you want to ensure that you explain the rules to them. Sometimes it takes several tries to get them to understand the rules. Simply Demoting them gives them a reason to be mad (even though they still might be when they get demoted) still a good thing to pound the rules into their skulls, so hopefully, they get it.
Conclusion
Overall, I think Your app is pretty solid. However, the fact that you received 2 warns a little over a week ago shows that you do not quite have a full grasp on the rules. Mistakes happen, But we have to be held to a higher standard. So for that reason, I cannot quite fully support your staff app. I would like to see another week of solid gameplay with no warns before I could give you a complete +1, so for now.

He’s talking about a 2x Boost found in the !shop
Right, but then you would have to Balance it with the Premium boost, is my point.

Been said a million times. Zero's scripts are pretty and nice but they Just don't run well on huge Servers

Pretty sure premiums already get a boost for those jobs?

I already suggested this and I believe Auto Hits where Filtered out for people in admin Land. I think It should be if your above a z axis (I believe Up/Down is Z axis in Gmod) You can have places hit on you auto or otherwise.

Almost like a mobile ATM? Press a bind, and the menu opens like an ATM-type thing. You enter the amount, and you safely deposit it into your inv.
would be pretty neat, honestly

Would deposit into your current Inventory system, not talking about adding an ATM or any banking system.

Suggestion: I am Suggesting a new command that would allow players to "Deposit" and "Withdraw" money to and from your inventory directly into your wallet
/depositmoney {Amount}
/withdrawmoney {Amount}
/dpositmoneyall {Would Put your current wallet balance into invintory}
Link To Relevant Addons: N/A
Media/Screenshots/Videos: N/A
How will this improve the quality of Aether?: The main reason for this would be this would allow the command itself to check the amount before moving money to and from inventory and would hopefully stop the issue of Dropping more money out of your inventory than you have caused a negative wallet balance if you pick it up and or lose any amount of money.
As part of this, I would also disallow Picking up money and the standard method of inventorying money.

The ban should be expired at this point.

I think you were capable when you were a T-Mod but left for nefarious reasons. Honestly, I'd like to see you as a Mod, but I would also like to see you be on for a bit longer and not be in any situations.
