We are looking for the default laws of the land as Defined in the rules (Very Bottom of The Page) Default Laws of The Land There are players who do things such as just consistently harass one player not breaking any particular rule that can be considered harassment and they can be given a verbal warning to stay away from that player and if it continues harsher punishment can be assets Again what would be the first punishment and the Second punishment? Its always a good idea to try and explain it to them even if they are initially refusing to cooperate. Giving them knowledge of rules will hopefully prevent them from making the same mistake. Conclusion I have had plenty of interactions with you and You are by far the kindest player I have had the pleasure of speaking to (You really live up to your name) however Your app is a bit lack luster and missing some key details. So for now I cannot support your app But I also think With a bit of help you can get there so I am going to be Neutral and tell You that if you want help with anything feel free to hit me up in game and I can teach you what ever it is you need to know to better Your self for a staff Position. There is no rule stating you must advert a raid is over. Didn't quite answer the question. What if they where mic spamming/running away from you/kills (in console) during the sit. If you find they are Excessively RDM'ing i.e. MRDM the first punishment would be a 3 Day ban. Conclusion I do see you around here and there. I don't see you causing any issues on the server and Your app is pretty well done. There are a few questions As Stated above that where a little off But over all You are a good player and pretty knowledgeable in rules and with a little Training You should be a fine member of the staffing Team. +1

Why is this a link to YouTube (and a invalid Video at that) Not quite because you can steal raid-able items if you don't need to lock pick thus you wouldn't need to advert. But with that said if you need to lock pick or using raiding tools it would be /advert raid and there would be no other reason to go into some one's unless you where invited or a dwarf trolling? If you can walk up to the raid-able items with out any raiding tools you can steal/raid stick those items with out having to advert raid. You are missing quite a few laws here. First MassRDM is a 3 day ban. Conclusion While you are a pretty well known quantity and I've never had any personal issues with you nor do I recall having any sits with you. There's clearly some gapes in your knowledge of the rules. So for now I"m going to go Neutral I think you can fix those problems with a little studding and Have a chance. +/-

Not sure what a "Regular Warn" is we do Verbal Warning / 5 min Jail / 10 min Jail / then on to bans. You can read punishment guidelines Here Its hard to deal with some one killing them self's to run away from a sit but you could always freeze them in place while u get evidence to make sure they don't continue any bad behavior while you get evidence as well as maintain your authority if they aren't going to cooperate they shouldn't be allowed to continue to play while you are dealing with the report against them. There can be cases where players don't directly harass a player but instead get other people to do there dirty work for them so while that is harder to prove it is possible to punish some one for indirectly cause problems and be punished for it. Conclusión While you have a fairly decent app there are still some things about how rules and punishments work. I've also had a few interactions with you and you seem fairly level headed and mature but I can't say for sure. As to your time having a bunch of hours while is a good indicator of your commitment to the server We like to see Recent Activity as well. The Server has moved to its new IP/Location on April 22 sense then You have only You have only played the 6 Days for a total of about 29 Hours Witch sense I havn't really noticed/seen u mucking about You where AFK for a lot of that time. So with that said I think you need to be more active on the server so people can get to know you and see that what I've seen briefly in our interactions is who you really are before we can support you to be a part of our staffing team. -1

You should report the incident regardless if they stop or not. I understand the impulse to not want to make waves and report your fell staff and or friends But if every one stays hush hush about these kinds of issues then they can become Bigger issues if left unchecked There will be times you see some one blatantly and obviously MassRDM'ing and no one will say anything but you still should take action. Huh if they are not refusing to disable lock down They are cooperating? I'm guessing that was a miss type. Regardless its good to try and give them a second chance and esplanade to them the rules but yes if they don't cooperate force a job change. Pretty sold app and Your a pretty chill guy and seemingly have potential but just based on your hours right now I'm going be Neutral We usually say we like 3 days played (72 Hours) to Support a app even though its not A Req. Just need to get to know you a little better before I can fully support. But Best of Luck. +/-
