I work late, so I am normally on after 10pm and on into the early morning. These times are FULL of MRDMers, minges, and everything you could think of. I feel that as a 100% dedicated late-night player I could give the Night Owls a chance to enjoy the server. Have you read the rules fully, understand and feel comfortable enforcing them as correctly as possible?: Multiple times. Are you willing to listen to any Staff member guide you as a Staff, even if you feel you don't need to?: 100% Are you certain you will be able to staff for several hours a week?: Every single night DarkRP Rule Questions Raids can last how long?: 10 minutes What initiates a raid?: /advert , Killing , Fading Door Bombing, Lockpicking, or Keypad Cracking If the owner of the base is standing outside on their base entrances sidewalk as you're about to raid, can you kill them?: Only if they are within the immediate area / proximity of their base. Also known as the interfering distance. List all default Laws of The Land: Raiding is illegal. Money printers, drugs and explosive are illegal. Bitcoin Racks are illegal (small versions not included). Harming other citizens is illegal unless in self defense. Threats are illegal. Kidnapping, theft and harming another player are illegal. Shooting in public is illegal. Laws must be enforced with AOS instead of KOS unless the Police Officers life is in danger. AOS/KOS Laws must have a 10 second warning before enforcing. How many bases can you own per party?: Only 1! A player is refusing to co-operate with you in a staff sit, how do you handle the non-cooperative player?: Depending on if the player was using any slurs, or attempting to rdm during a sit, I would gag or freeze depending on the issue. I would then attempt to continue on with the sit, if they continue to not cooperate I would give this person a harsher punishment due to non-cooperation during a sit. Can you punish a player for intentionally ruining others time, even if they say it's out of fun?: Yes. I would first let the player know that what they are doing is harassment, and is not allowed. If this continues, I would either mute/gag them or jail depending on how severe the offense is. Give an example of a Staff abusing their powers and how you would handle it: An example of a staff member abusing their powers would be noclipping in/out of a base during a raid, or even noclipping into their own base during a raid to avoid dying, or to save their entities. I would start by letting them know that this obviously is not allowed, and they should stop immediately. This would then be reported to Jouaram or a Staff Report on the forums if it's a big enough issue. A player is excessively RDMing, how would you intervene/stop them from continuing and what punishment would you give?: If no sits were made, I would start by teleporting to the RDMer to see what's happening. If this is a situation where the person has NITRP, they would immediately be frozen to prevent any additional RDM. I would then let the player know that this is not allowed, and that he will be punished. Given a (4h NITRP|MRDM| Ext 3d) ban. A Mayor enabled a lockdown without reason and is refusing to turn it off, how do you resolve this?: I would start by teleporting to the Mayor and simply asking them to turn it off. Sometimes players are New, and may not know what it does, or how to turn it off. If the player was just simply being a minge and continued to initiate Lockdown, I would demote that player from their job and let them know that this is not allowed. Extra Comments: I love Aether! But we really need a strong late-night team to keep Aether safe and fun 24 hours a day ! I feel that I would be a great addition to the 3rd shift team. Thank you for your consideration !
