There have been many times where I've been in the server with complete chaos and trial moderators and moderators sit idle. I have been moderator in a few GMOD servers throughout the years and my experience is not one that disappoints. As most people can attest I am fairly active in the community and I feel as if I can really help the server by enforcing the rules. I like to have fun in the server and I feel like keeping the server a safer place from mass rdmer's and minges could really make it even better. Other than the slander on the trial moderators and moderators, overall the staff team is very respectable and very professional on how they take care of people. I am somewhat active on the discord, I'm also trying to get better at being active on the forums (some of the posts on here are very meticulous). Overall I just really love the server and It'd be great to be part of the moderation team. Have you read the rules fully, understand and feel comfortable enforcing them as correctly as possible? (Yes/No): Yes Are you willing to listen to any Staff member guide you as a Staff, even if you feel you don't need to? (Yes/No): Yes Are you certain you will be able to staff for several hours a week? (Yes/No): Yes DarkRP Rule Questions Raids can last how long?: 10 Minutes. What initiates a raid?: Adverting raid or lockpicking a base. If the owner of the base is standing outside as you're about to raid, can you kill them?: As long as they are in interfering distance. List 3 default Laws of The Land: 1. Do not attack other citizens except in self-defense. 2. Do not steal or break into people's homes. 3. Money printers/drugs are illegal. How many bases can you own per party?: 1 base per party. A player is refusing to co-operate with you in a staff sit, how do you handle the non-cooperative player?: I would calmly and politely ask the player to cooperate. They get 3 warnings before some kind of action is taken against them. Jail time would be the recommended approach. Obviously the punishment would vary on situation. Racism/Homophobia etc. would be immediate mute/gag. I'd say a fair amount of jail time can range from 5-10 minutes depending on what the user is doing. If I am unable to control the sit I would simply contact my superiors for assistance. You see another staff member abusing their power (Give an example of a staff abusing and how you would handle it/who you would contact): I would attempt to get some kind of physical evidence and report it to any higher up. Preferably administrative handlers or the owner. A player is excessively RDMing/RDAing and breaking NLR (What is RDM/RDA and NLR? How do you determine if a player is breaking any of these?): Random Death Match(Killing a player for no reason/Non roleplay killing ex: Killing someone because he made fun of me.) Random Arrest (Randomly arresting someone/ Non roleplay arresting ex: Arresting someone because I just felt like doing it.) and No Life Rule (When you are killed in a certain area you may not return there, interact with your killer, or take revenge on your killer.) I would have to determine by checking the various logs. Also there is no definite way to prove NLR unless an excessive amount of that certain suspect dying or physical evidence. Extra Notes; I have no prior offenses on the server. I can also admit I have been a wee bit toxic on the server and I absolutely apologize to anyone that I may have hurt. You really just mess around with people, and a lot of people just get agitated at you. You're on the server constantly. You know what to do is certain cituations.
